Daredevil is an incredible martial artist and one of the best fighters in the Marvel Universe, but he's not exactly a heavy hitter. When it comes to enemies like Juggernaut or Thanos, there really isn't much Daredevil can do to help. But that's only because Marvel has forgotten his greatest superpower. This power is so good, it would allow Matt Murdock to defeat nearly any villain on the planet with just a few simple words.
Daredevil has a host of superpowers that make him pretty hard to deal with. It's practically impossible to sneak up on Daredevil due to his echo-location powers, which allow him to "see" everything around him. But that doesn't help him against enemies who are significantly more durable or powerful than him. Good thing Marvel gave him a secret "power" thanks to his relationship with the Hulk.
While heroes like the Hulk have no problem with oversized enemies, the Hulk is pretty hard to control and rarely takes orders - except from Daredevil, as seen in Indestructible Hulk #9 by Mark Waid and Matteo Scalera.
It's True: Daredevil Can Actually Command the Hulk to Obey Him
Indestructible Hulk #9 by Mark Waid, Matteo Scalera, Val Staples, and Chris Eliopoulos
The more that Bruce Banner trusts someone, the more influence that person has over the Hulk. While the Hulk is usually a rampaging beast, if Bruce truly believes in someone, then they can tell the Hulk what to do, and he might just listen. As Bruce Banner once hired Matt Murdock as his lawyer, Bruce has complete and utter faith in Matt's abilities, which has the surprising side effect of Daredevil being able to boss the Hulk around. This "power" allows Daredevil to turn the Hulk on any enemy he wants, making Daredevil far more dangerous than he is on his own.

If You Think Daredevil is Violent, These 10 Moments Show Just How Vicious Elektra Can Be
Marvel's most complicated couple is also its most violent. However, out of the Daredevil pairing, Elektra is even more savage than Matt Murdock.
The Hulk is one of Marvel's strongest characters in of pure physical strength. He can easily overpower most people, and his strength is hypothetically limitless. The only downside to his power set is that getting the Hulk to do what someone wants is nearly impossible. Depending on the personality in control of the Hulk, he is either a rampaging child who just wants to be left alone or someone who actively wants to wipe out all humanity. He's been an enemy of the Avengers nearly as many times as he's been an ally.
Daredevil Can Even Tell the Hulk to Stand Down, Showcasing Their Trust
Something Almost No One Else Can Do
One of the most dangerous things about the Hulk is his rampages. The Hulk can often fly off the handle and just start destroying everything around him. He's essentially a toddler with the destructive power of a nuclear bomb. The United States government literally has a natural disaster alert that plays over the radio and on TV when the Hulk is on a rampage in the area. People have to go through extreme measures to make sure that they don't get slaughtered during one of his rampages. It's one of the biggest things that makes the Hulk such a dangerous force.
That's what makes Daredevil's influence over the Hulk so important. He's the only hero on the planet who can reliably get through to him. Anytime the Hulk gets upset and goes on a rampage, instead of having the Avengers run off to fight the Hulk, which is just having them beat on their friend, they could just send Matt Murdock to talk him down. That fact alone makes Matt far more useful than a dozen superheroes who are technically more powerful than them. But this seems to be a power that Marvel doesn't have any further use for.
Marvel Comics Needs to Bring the Hulk and Daredevil Back Together
Daredevil's Unique Relationship with the Hulk Is Worth Exploring
Daredevil is often a street-level hero. He mostly deals with gangsters and lower-level villains. When a cosmic force invades Earth and threatens to destroy the universe, Daredevil usually isn't the first to be called to help defend the planet. Because of this, Daredevil rarely has any reason to interact with someone like the Hulk. Their unique relationship has been pretty unexplored, and it would be nice if Marvel actually ed that the Hulk is a pretty big fan of Daredevil. There would be some great interactions between the two of them.
The Hulk very rarely has this kind of dynamic with his teammates, as he mostly just wants to smash things and be left alone.
Marvel is no stranger to crossovers, having a major event just about every year. These crossovers almost always have characters interacting who never get to interact normally. This would be a great opportunity to team up the Hulk and Daredevil and see how the Hulk functions when teamed up with someone he actually respects and listens to. The Hulk very rarely has this kind of dynamic with his teammates, as he mostly just wants to smash things and be left alone. He's not really one to take orders. While Daredevil's powers and martial arts skills are amazing, his greatest strength will always be his ability to command the Hulk.
