Both the disadvantage and the advantage of comic-book characters happens to the fact that they can have various looks - depending on who's drawing them. However, most well-established DC superheroes happen to have a particular look that's become associated with them throughout the years.
When the DCEU came along, it didn't always mirror the comics closely. And that includes not only the way the characters behave, or their mutual relationships, but also the way they look. In fact, a lot of the actors portraying well-known superheroes (and villains) in the DCEU are very different from the way their characters look in the comic-books.
Superman
Superman's main features in the comics - besides his above-average height of 6ft 2inch - is his black hair and piercing blue eyes. Superman is unusually handsome and muscular. Henry Cavill is known for his athletic physique. Standing at 6ft 1inch, Cavill is only slightly shorter than Superman. However, his hair is dark brown, not black. And while Cavill does have blue eyes, they're not as light as Superman's. The overall impression is nevertheless close enough to comic-book Superman.
Harley Quinn
Harley Quinn doesn't like to be bored, and as such, she switched her looks multiple times in the comics. What the films captured well is Harley's unnaturally pale skin - she's had this coloring ever since the Joker dropped her into the acid vat. Harley is 5ft 7inch tall while Margot Robbie is only 5ft 5inch. Robbie also has a different eye color - her eyes are brown, Harley's blue. And as for her hair, Harley does have blond hair in the comics with its ends dyed - just like the DCEU version.
The Flash
In the comics, Barry Allen, aka the Flash, has significantly different features. He has blond hair and blue eyes. Ezra Miller, on the other hand, has black hair and dark brown eyes. The DCEU isn't the first case of Barry looking different - Grant Gustin, who plays Barry in the TV show The Flash, has brown hair but he does have blue eyes. The comic-book the Flash is 6ft tall but Ezra Miller is slightly shorter, 5ft 11inch.
Aquaman
Aquaman is one of the DCEU superheroes whose looks are significantly different in comparison to the comics. Just like the Flash, Arthur Curry has blonde hair and blue eyes in the comics.
Jason Momoa has some blonde shades in his hair but it's still mostly brown. He also has a dark beard, and has green eyes, not blue. Interestingly enough, Jason Momoa is one of the few superhero actors who's actually taller than the hero he portrays. Momoa is 6ft 4inch tall, but Aquaman is "only" 6ft 1inch.
Wonder Woman
Gal Gadot looks similar to Wonder Woman but one might be surprised to learn that the small details are all wrong. Wonder Woman has black hair and blue eyes in the comics. She stands at 6ft, which is an unusual height for a human woman (but it's different for the Amazonians). Gal Gadot, on the other hand, has dark brown hair and dark brown eyes. She used to be a model and is fairly tall, 5ft 9inch, but not as tall as the comic-book Wonder Woman.
Shazam
The comic-book Shazam looks similar to Superman - he's also tall, muscular, and has black hair and blue eyes. However, their costumes differentiate them as well as their behavior. In his adult form, Billy Batson aka Shazam is 6ft 2inch tall. Zachary Levi, who portrayed Shazam, is even slightly taller - 6ft 3inch. He has dark brown hair and hazel eyes which makes him look different than his comic-book counterpart.
Batman
Just like Superman and Shazam, Batman is another popular DC superhero who has the same set of features - black hair and blue eyes. And he's just as tall as the two heroes - 6ft 2inch. That makes them look similar to the untrained eye when they're not in their costumes.
However, no such confusion is happening in the DCEU since Ben Affleck looks different than Henry Cavill and Zachary Levi. Affleck has the right height - 6ft 2inch - but the similarities end there since his hair is dark brown and his eyes are hazel.
Black Canary
More than one woman held the title of Black Canary in the comics - but Dinah Drake, the main Black Canary, has blonde hair and blue eyes. Dinah stands at 5ft 7inch tall. Jurnee Smollett-Bell played Dinah in Birds of Prey (2020). At 5ft 6inch, she's almost as tall as comic-book Dinah. Her natural color is black, though (brown in the film), and she has dark brown eyes, not blue.
Huntress
Helena Bertinelli, aka the Huntress, is another character who appeared both in the Arrowverse and in the DCEU. As her surname hints, Helena comes from an Italian family - so it's not a surprise she has black hair and brown eyes. At 5ft 11inch, she's also taller than most female superheroes. Mary Elizabeth Winstead is three inches shorter than the comic-book Huntress. She has dark brown hair and dark brown eyes, a bit similar to the comics.
Renee Montoya
Finally, there's also Renee Montoya, the former cop who also ed the team Birds of Prey. Renee is 5ft 8inch tall in the comics, she has black hair and brown eyes. Renee's DCEU actress Rosie Perez is significantly shorter - she's 5ft 1inch tall. But even though her hair is dark brown, she at least has dark brown eyes like comic-book Renee.
