The forgotten daughter of fan-favorite antihero another Deadpool son made from the Carnage Symbiote that he's officially named Princess. However, out of all of these children, there's one that many fans forget, and she's by far his most intimidating.

In Deadpool: Too Soon? by Joshua Corin, Todd Nauck, Reilly Brown, and Jim Charalampidis Deadpool, and a variety of other wacky Marvel characters find themselves in the heat of a murder mystery following the death of Forbush Man. Deadpool himself takes the role of detective as he tries to find out who the murderer is before they strike again. However, as the mystery pushes forward, he ends up coming face-to-face with his own daughter: Squirrelpool. This character is a hybrid between Deadpool and Squirrel Girl with murder on her mind, and she actually managed to inherit quite a few of the Merc With a Mouth's abilities, including one from the movies that fans absolutely hate.

Squirrelpool Has Deadpool's Infamous Retractible Claws from X-Men Origins

Squirrelpool from Deadpool: Too Soon?

The power that instantly turns the heads of many comic fans is the inclusion of retractable blades on Squirrelpool's wrists. These weapons have drawn major controversy from comic fans following their introduction in X-Men Origins: Wolverine when Deadpool was given them on top of having his signature mouth removed. Deadpool's appearance in Wolverine was criticized by his creator, Rob Liefeld, as it went completely against who Deadpool was as a character. What's interesting though is that the controversial blades do work for Squirrelpool. The character is clearly meant to be goofy, based on how she's drawn and the way she speaks, so including the retractible blades here works because it spoofs all the worst parts of Deadpool's history.

Squirrelpool's Other Inherited Abilities Make Her a Force to Be Reckoned With

Squirrelpool's Powers

What's scary about Squirrelpool though is how deadly she can be. Not only does she have her father's healing factor, but the teeth that she got from her mother are inhumanly strong. When Groot actually tries to stop to her, she easily chews through his arm in one bite. She also has enormous sharp claws on her fingertips to both slash at her prey and easily climb trees for better vantage points. She even has her father's knowledge of weaponry as she's able to meticulously aim a gun at Rocket and Groot to fire her "acorns of death."

Squirrelpool may seem silly on the surface, but she proves herself to be a ruthless fighter. In fact, Deadpool is so proud of her that he even acknowledges her as his daughter by the story's end before using a teleporter to send her away to where she can't hurt anyone again. It's hilarious knowing that the most controversial ability in Deadpool's history actually managed to make a comeback and be a part of a character for which it actually works as a deadly weapon.
