Warning: Contains spoilers for Devil's Reign #1 and #2
In the Kingpin. While a great number of heroes are involved in the event, ranging from Spider-Man to of the Avengers such as Iron Man, it appears that none of the events depicted in the miniseries have any impact on what is currently happening in the characters' own books. This issue could be caused by Marvel's over-reliance on big events.
In the first two issues of Devil's Reign, by Chip Zdarsky and Marco Cecchetto, the consequences of what happens in the series seem to extend far beyond New York. Luke Cage gaining the group's approval. They do not know that the Kingpin has much bigger ambitions: he wants to be the next President of the United States, and to obtain that he has weaponized Killmonger's power of mind control.
However, none of these things have been shown in other Marvel books, such as Amazing Spider-Man, Avengers, or Fantastic Four. In Amazing-Spider Man, Ben Reilly has been dealing with the Multiversal Masters of Evil, with a great war looming on the horizon, one that will involve all realities and will be told in the pages of Avengers: Forever.
One explanation for these continuity issues between Devil's Reign and other Marvel titles could be that there are too many events going on at the same time. Back in 1982, when Marvel Super Hero Contest of Champions came out, it was ground-breaking to put together a big number of characters in one limited series, because it never happened before. Team-ups were the exception, not the norm, and heroes rarely appeared outside of their own titles. But that is far from the case these days. The year 2022 alone will see, besides Devil's Reign, the Reckoning War, d as Marvel's biggest event of the year, and Avengers: Forever, which will prominently feature the Multiverse, on which Marvel has been focusing a lot lately.
The creative teams behind each title may want to develop their own storylines, not necessarily be part of the bigger picture. Even if they want to, with too many big events going on at the same time, it is hard to coordinate everything and keep continuity safe and sound. If Marvel Comics wants to ensure that crossovers have the most impact they possibly can, perhaps it's best if they keep events like Devil's Reign to a minimum.
