Season 6 of Diablo 4, Vessel of Hatred, once again offers Uber Mythic Unique items as perhaps the strongest gear you can find in the game. These items are exceedingly rare, found typically as Ancestral 800 Power armor pieces or weapons. With 12 total Mythic Uniques you can find, each has a powerful effect that could be perfect for your character's build.
Mythic Unique items can drop from any major boss or enemy you encounter, but they have the highest chance of appearing in greater difficulties. In World Tier 4: Torment in Diablo 4, you'll have much better luck farming Tormented bosses for a Mythic Unique. It is important to that not all the Mythic Unique items can be used by every class, limiting which ones a character can use.

Thankfully, some Mythic Unique items work for every class, making them universal gear pieces that anyone can use. The effects of these Uber items are just as potent as ones designed to synergize with specific archetype skills. In fact, 8 of the 12 Mythic Uniques can be equipped by all classes, giving you a wide range of Unique items in Diablo 4 to work into the build for your character.

You may notice that many of the Mythic Unique items available in Season 6 return from different seasons of content in Diablo 4. Although some items will be familiar, their effects may have changed, making them worth hunting down a second or third time. Those looking to have multiple characters in a Vessel of Hatred world may want to find the same item more than once to help make all their builds as strong as possible.
New Items For Specific Classes
Find Weapons Only Certain Characters Can Wield
The only restriction to Mythic Unique items is that some Uber artifacts are weapons that can only be wielded by a specific class. For example, one Mythic Unique could be a polearm, which is a type of tool only the new Spiritborn class in Diablo 4 can use. Vessel Of Hatred: Diablo 4's New Class Is Almost Too OP
Diablo 4’s first major expansion, Vessel of Hatred, introduces a brand new class called the Spiritborn, and it’s the most OP one in the game.
Like every weapon and armor you find in Diablo 4, Mythic Unique artifacts also have Damage per Second and Armor qualities that come standard to the gear. These stats usually dwarf pre-existing armor pieces or weaponry, matching the total Ancestral Power typical of these items. However, certain Legendary or normal Unique items may have higher attack or defense stats than even these Mythic tools.
How To Craft Mythic Unique Items In Season 6
Spend Money And Break Down Items
Although you could craft Mythic Unique items in Season 5, the methods to do so have changed somewhat in Vessel of Hatred. The process has been made slightly easier, allowing more players to gain specific Mythic Uniques they want from crafting. You'll still need the resource called Resplendent Sparks to make Mythic Uniques of your own.
You can gain 1 Resplendent Spark by salvaging a Mythic Unique item you already have in your possession. You can turn in two Resplendent Sparks and 50,000,000 Gold to a Blacksmith to gain a Mythic Unique Cache. This Cache can drop any of the 12 Mythic Unique artifacts mentioned before, but you have to rely on chance to get the one you want most.

Those looking to craft a specific Mythic Unique can take 2 Resplendent Sparks and 5,000 Gold to a Jeweler NPC to make exactly what they need. However, this vendor will only craft a Mythic Unique when you have certain Runes gained from other crafting recipes. You may have to salvage other important items to make the Runes needed in the creation of a certain artifact.
Check all your options and see what resources you have to spend on various crafting methods. Once you understand what all the Uber Mythic Unique items do in Diablo 4 Season 6, you'll have a better idea of which ones to invest in when trying to craft one on your own.
