Diablo 4 launched its Vessel of Hatred expansion recently and the new Spiritborn Class is the strongest class we've seen in the game since launch. It has blown every other class out of the water, which is expected of the shiny new class for players to try out. The Spiritborn class will likely be nerfed in the distant future in order to bring it in line with the other five classes, but it is certain to stay this strong for the remainder of Season 6.
This Spiritborn build is an upgraded version of the requires a lot of Unique items, which won't be able to be obtained until Tormented Bosses can be farmed consistently. However, players should try and gradually switch to this build as they continue to level up their Spiritborn.
Best Endgame Skills & ives
Three Defensive Skills Boost Survivability
The endgame version of the Quill Volley build uses three defensive skills to boost survivability as much as possible, as the player should only be relying on two Skills for damage. With Quill Volley being both a Basic and Core Skill because of the Rod of Kepeleke, it will act as the build's resource generator and main damage source. Damage will be further supplemented by The Hunter Ultimate Skill, which synergizes perfectly with the right Runewords.

For this build to work, it's important that the Spirit Hall bonuses are not of the same alignment in order to boost the stacking damage bonus granted by Harmony of Ebewaka. As such, this build utilizes the Jaguar Spirit in the Primary slot and the Gorilla Spirit in the Secondary slot. This allows the Spiritborn to have consistent high stacks of both Ferocity and Resolve, adding increased Attack Speed and Damage Reduction.
Utilize Amethyst Gems in armor for increased Barrier Generation to strengthen the Auspicious ive.
Best Weapons & Gear
Craft Tyrael's Might
The endgame version of this build is quite gear heavy, as well as requiring specific Greater Affixes in all the Unique gear pieces. Increasing Maximum Resource will increase the amount of damage this build deals through the Rod of Kepeleke, so getting Greater Affixes for Maximum Resource should be prioritized. Both Tibault's Will and the Rod of Kepeleke can roll with this Greater Affix. When switching from the leveling build to this endgame version, make sure to keep the Aspect of Redirecting Force as it is one of the strongest Spiritborn Legendary Aspects.

New & Improved Paragon Board
Max Out Those Glyphs
One of the most important parts to make this one of the best builds in the game is to upgrade its corresponding Glyphs to Legendary rank, which will massively increase its radius of effect, while also applying an additional bonus. Glyphs have been completely reworked and are now leveled up in the Artificer's Pit and can be upgraded all the way to level 100. This makes Glyphs stronger than they have ever been, while also incentivizing players to build into certain Glyphs rather than activate as many as they can.

The Menagerist Glyph is taken next in order to boost the surrounding Maximum Resource Magic nodes, which will boost the build's overall damage thanks to the Rod of Kepeleke.
The next three Glyphs, Canny, Talon, and Colossal, are all taken for stacking damage bonuses, as this build utilizes multiple Spirit types. This build can deal billions of damage in Torment IV, allowing players to freely explore all the endgame content in Diablo 4.
