A new princess has come to Disney Dreamlight Valley, and it's none other than Tiana from The Princess and The Frog. With the new Dapper Delights update, players will not only be able to welcome Tiana to their valley, but some of her classic cooking too. Alongside Tiana, Tiana's Palace and Tiana's Food Stall will also become available.
For those who would like to be one step closer to unlocking this princess, you'll first need to find the right item to trigger the quest. In this case, the item you'll need to locate is a mysterious cookbook that can be found in The Glade of Trust. Note that you will need to have unlocked Moana in Disney Dreamlight Valley before you can complete this quest.

A Taste For Literature Quest
Once you've found the cookbook in The Glade of Trust, bring it to Remy to officially begin the A Taste For Literature quest. Remy will ask you to meet him back at his restaurant to look over it further, after which you'll be able to collect a memory associated with the cookbook. When looking over the memory, you'll see Merlin, Moana, and Mickey all enjoying a delicious picnic. Remy will instruct you to go and speak with each of them to see what they may about it.
Disney Dreamlight Valley: All A Rift in Time Recipes
The A Rift In Time DLC in Disney Dreamlight Valley is full of new food that can be combined into a vast number of recipes for every meal.
Though Mickey and Moana will only share their knowledge of a few ingredients in the dish, Merlin will actually provide you with a couple of Dreamlight Peppers to include in the recipe. Now that you know all the ingredients, you'll need to collect them. The recipe ingredients include 1x Dreamlight Pepper, 1x Shrimp, 1x Onion, 1x Milk, and 1x Rice. When you have everything, return to a cooking station to prepare the Enchanted Shrimp Étouffée.
If you're missing some of the gardening pieces of this recipe like the Rice or Onion, try checking out Goofy's stall to see if he has any freshly made things for sale or even Wall-E's garden, which is always full of a variety of items.
Once you've cooked the Enchanted Shrimp Etouffee 5-star recipe, you'll need to share it with the villagers in the memory. Bring some of the dish to all four of these villagers; Mickey, Moana, Merlin, & Remy.
After each one has tried it and had their memory triggered, you will receive a "Welcome Tiana" prompt. After the normal welcoming animation and photo, you will now officially have welcomed Tiana and will be able to begin her quests in Disney Dreamlight Valley to get one step closer to unlocking Tiana's Palace and all of her delicious culinary recipes.
