From Marvel to Star Wars to Disney classics, it is no wonder Disney+ is one of the most popular streaming platforms for finding great movies, and April 2025 has a terrific collection. Disney had some huge releases in 2024 that have made their way onto the platform, including the record-breaking box office smash Inside Out 2, the MCU's biggest hit in years with Deadpool & Wolverine, as well as some underseen gems, like the true sports story of Young Woman and the Sea, all of which are now streaming on Disney+.

Disney's theatrical releases so far in 2025 have been underwhelming with the disappointing box office and critical responses to Captain America: Brave New World and Snow White. However, with the next MCU project on the horizon, Thunderbolts*, fans may want to prep for it by watching Black Widow. Fans can also look forward to Moana 2 now being available for home viewing following its strong theatrical run in the fall of 2024.
