E3 press conference. Ubisoft has gotten out ahead of its Saturday event and began confirming what will and won't be there. However, it's possible that other projects from the Tom Clancy IP may make an appearance and fill the spot of The Division.

The remake of Prince of Persia: Sands of Time was delayed earlier this year after negative reception to its reveal. Many noted the game looked far more like a run-of-the-mill remaster as opposed to a true remake. Due to this backlash, Ubisoft pulled the game from its early 2021 release date and moved it all the way to 2022. That said, it doesn't seem like Ubisoft is ready to show the game again quite yet.

Ghost Recon, and The Division already leaked, so that could possibly make an appearance – but it's unclear.

There's no telling what exactly Ubisoft is going to show at the event. Likely, games such as leaked Splinter Cell/The Division PVP game.

The company previously mentioned it doesn't really have anything of note for the holiday season as it shifts to more free-to-play projects like The Division Heartland, so Far Cry 6 and Rainbow Six Extraction will probably be the big releases for the studio this year. Unless there are plans to talk about what's beyond 2021 besides Prince of Persia, it seems likely it may be a relatively tame E3 showing. There are still games like Beyond Good and Evil 2 that have been dormant for quite a while and Ubisoft has Avatar games in the works, so there are definitely exciting things on the horizon – but it just depends on if they're ready to show.
