The Pearldrake Talisman is an accessory in Tarnished entering Elden Ring Dungeons with enemies capable of dealing a variety of damage types.

However, it is essential to note that non-physical damage reduction values for the Pearldrake Talismans are decreased for PvP situations. More specifically, the buffs only offer 2%, 3%, and 4% elemental and magical damage protection, respectively, when fighting against other players. Such defensive effects are highly negligible, meaning that Tarnished warriors are better off choosing Talismans more suitable for offensive combat, such as attack power-boosting accessories. Nonetheless, the Pearldrake Talisman and its upgraded versions are still practical for all-around damage negation for PvE. Moreover, the Pearldrake could be paired with Talismans such as the Dragoncrest Greatshield for extremely high defense, effective in all situations.

The base variant of the Pearldrake Talisman can be found on the small floating island west of Crumbling Farum Azula. Despite being included as a tiny section of the region, this remote island is cut off from Azula, only accessible via the south Sending Gate of the Four Belfries in West Liurnia. To activate the portal, Elden Ring fans will need a single Imbued Sword Key. After arriving on the floating platform, head to the northernmost chunk of debris to find the Pearldrake Talisman.

The Pearldrake Talisman +1 is located in the elevated northern portion of Wyndhan Ruins in Altus Plateau. This landmark can be found by going up the slope north of the Erdtree-Gazing Hill. However, be mindful of the Tibia Mariner guarding the premises. The Talisman is in a chest within a small crypt, sealed by an Imp Statue. To dispel the barrier, Tarnished adventurers will need a single Stonesword Key.

Finally, the Pearldrake Talisman +2 variant is hidden in the canopy town before Elphael in Miquella's Haligtree. This Legacy Dungeon can be entered by finding the two sides of the Haligtree Secret Medallion or using the "Stake of Marika Skip" into the Consecrated Snowfield. Starting from the Haligtree Town Site of Grace, climb up the ladder right outside the northern doorway. After reaching the top, turn around and leap across the gap. Go to the brazier at the end of the walkway and loot the nearby corpse to acquire the Pearldrake Talisman +2 in Elden Ring.
