The Flamedrake Talisman is an accessory in Fire Giant in Elden Ring. This Talisman is also helpful for reducing the damage taken when crossing large pools of lava, like the areas in Mt. Gelmir and Volcano Manor.

Similar to the other defensive "Drake" Talismans in Elden Ring, the Flamedrake Talisman's effectiveness is reduced when used in PvP situations. The Talisman's base variant only provides 4% fire damage reduction when fighting other players, and the +1 and +2 versions offer negligible increases of 5% and 6%. Therefore, unless Tarnished adventurers are planning to hold an epic PvP battle sequence within the molten rivers of Mt. Gelmir's fiery summit, the Flamedrake Talisman is best used for PvE combat.

Elden Ring fans can find the base Flamedrake Talisman within the first hour of their adventure in Groveside Cave of Limgrave. This cave is located directly north of the Church of Elleh, past a small marsh in the woodlands. To get the Talisman, players must defeat a Beastman of Farum Azula, an elite Beastman variant that wields the Beastman's Cleaver.

The Flamedrake Talisman +1 can be found in the open world, along the massive unnamed bridge connecting Leyndell to the Forbidden Lands. This bridge can be accessed by traveling eastward on the central road of the Royal Capital. Bear in mind that the gate to exit the Capital is sealed until Tarnished has defeated Morgott, the Omen King. Nonetheless, once adventurers have reached the over, they can find the Flamedrake Talisman +1 on a corpse, leaning against the left pillar near the front steps of the bridge's entrance.

To get the Flamedrake Talisman +2, Tarnished pilgrims need to defeat the Beastman of Farum Azula in Dragonbarrow Cave in North Caelid. This location can be found along the cliffside path north of the region's Erdtree. Indeed, this Beastman will be much stronger than its Limgrave counterpart, but it is also accompanied by another "Throwing Knife" variant that will hurl projectiles at the player as they battle the Greatsword-wielding Beastman. Those who run into trouble managing the boss duo are recommended to use Sleeping Arrows or Pots to inflict Sleep on one of the Beastmen while dealing with the other. Once both are dead, Elden Ring Tarnished will be rewarded with the Flamedrake Talisman +2.
