The Spelldrake Talisman +1 is located in the northwest section of Sellia, the Town of Sorcery in central Caelid. The Talisman is a chest sealed behind a magical barrier below the balcony containing the Staff of Loss. To dispel the arcane seal, Tarnished adventurers must light the blue-flame braziers found atop the towers scattered about the town. There are three braziers that players can activate in Sellia. One is in the bell tower of the northwestern corner. Another can be found left of the town's southern entrance, and the third sits along the row of buildings on the eastern side.
The Spelldrake Talisman +2 is moderately challenging to get. It requires Tarnished to gain access to the Hidden Path to the Haligtree and explore the area's secret catacombs. After collecting the two sides of the Secret Haligtree Medallion, use the Grand Lift of Rold to enter the Hidden Path to the Haligtree. Within this area, head over to the circular balcony along the central stairwell and drop onto the Illusory Floor below, leading to the Silver Scarab Talisman's location. Face directly north and walk towards the open entrance on the opposite wall. Next, turn left and go down the invisible slope to another secret crypt in the distance. Drop onto the arching terrace and enter the room filled with Land Octopuses and Vulgar Militiamen. In the room before the boss chamber, go down the hallway on the right and ride the lift to a hidden alcove. Here, Tarnished pilgrims will find a corpse with the Spelldrake Talisman +2 in Elden Ring.
