The first map, High Isle CE Treasure Map I, depicts the drawing of a trail leading to a medium-sized building with a small tower built on top. Those who've explored the Gonfalon Bay will recognize this landmark to be the Colossus View Lighthouse. This location can be found on the southern side of the map, east of the Druid's Gate and south of the Abhain Chapel. The closest fast travel point to the lighthouse is the Westbay Wayshrine.
After reaching the Colossus View Lighthouse in Elder Scrolls Online, go towards the front patio and head down the stairwell on the right. These stairs will lead to the shore down below. Walk southeastward past a small bush to find the Dirt Mound with the first Treasure Chest in Elder Scrolls Online: High Isle.
Every CE Treasure Map In ESO: High Isle
High Isle CE Treasure Map II is the second map, displaying a distant bridge with a chapel-shaped structure behind it. This landmark is the bridge connecting the small southern trail between the Coral Wayshrine and Port Navire. To find the second Treasure Chest, approach this bridge from the east. Right before the start of the bridge's path, turn left and investigate the patch of sand near the ocean to find a Dirt Mound with High Isle's second Treasure Chest.
The third and final chest location in High Isle is shown on High Isle CE Treasure Map II, which depicts a dirt path near several stone structures and a large ridge. This spot is moderately near the second map's location and can be found by following the road slightly east of the Coral Wayshrine. Continue down the trail until encountering two NPCs in ESO, Finuya and Gierry Chatillon. Before ing them, face eastward to see a large round rock sitting in the pasture. Approach the boulder and investigate the side that is facing southward. A Dirt Mound with the last Treasure Chest should be near a group of three trees at this location.
