Solo Leveling's voice actors are doing a great job of bringing the hit webtoon's characters to life, and looking at their resumes, they've had plenty of practice. The voice actors in Solo Leveling have recognizable voices for a reason: they were in some of the biggest anime series ever before jumping onto the Solo Leveling project.
There's nothing more fun than watching an amazing series like Solo Leveling and identifying the voice actors and where else they've performed. Some of the voice actors show off their impressive range as well, lending their voices to wildly different characters that seem like they could never be played by the same person. Somehow, these voice actors do it, and a few Solo Leveling voice actors have also been some of the most beloved, acclaimed, and renowned voices in anime.
10 Kang Taeshik - Meruem (Hunter x Hunter), Izumi Miyamura (Horimiya), Kei Tsukishima (Haikyu!!), Toge Inumaki (Jujutsu Kaisen), and More
Koki Uchiyama
Kouki Uchiyama is one of the most accomplished voice actors in the Solo Leveling anime. He's lent his voice to so many other smash-hit shōnen series that it might be easier to find out where he hasn't performed. In Solo Leveling, he's Kang Taeshik; surprisingly, he plays a minor role as Solo Leveling's creator's favorite character.
It's surprising that Uchiyama is playing such a small role in Solo Leveling because of how large his other roles are. He's played Mereum in Hunter x Hunter, the giant Kei Tsukishima in Haikyu!!, Izumi Miyamura in Horimiya, and the hilarious Toge Inumaki in Jujutsu Kaisen.
9 Woo Jin-Chul - Saitama (One Punch Man) and Miyuki Shirogane (Kaguya-sama: Love is War)
Makoto Furukawa
Woo Jin-Chul is the Vice Chairman of the Hunter's Association in Solo Leveling. In the series, he's a relatively laid-back character who can become tense when times get tough. He's a reliable, hardworking side character who Sung Jinwoo comes to rely on towards the second half of the series. He's played by Makoto Furukawa, a man who has lent his voice to at least two highly recognizable characters.

One-Punch Man Finally Gives Saitama the Recognition He Deserves, and It Changes Everything
The latest chapter of One-Punch Man sees Saitama finally recognized for his incredible strength, setting up the final arc of the manga.
Furukawa has most notably played Saitama in One-Punch Man and Miyuki Shirogane in Kaguya-sama: Love is War. Both Saitama and Shirogane are also laid-back characters who do what's asked of them comfortably and calmly. Furukawa has been great as Jin-Chul so far, and looking at who he's played before, it's easy to see why.
8 Cha Hae-In - Kanao Tsuruyi (Demon Slayer) and Chinatsu Kano (Blue Box)
Reina Ueda
Reina Ueda plays the Dancer, Cha Hae-In, in Solo Leveling. She's a soft-spoken character who surveys her surroundings before making a decision. She's calculated, mature, and one of the calmest characters in the series. She's also one of Solo Leveling, taking down the Ant Queen easier than most could have.
Ueda plays two other calm and extremely competent characters in anime: Chinatsu Kano from Blue Box and Kanao Tsuruyi from Demon Slayer. Both Chinatsu and Kano are some of the best at what they do, and neither character is willing to brag about their accomplishments. Instead, they let their actions speak for themselves. Funnily enough, all three of the characters Ueda plays are the main love interest of the protagonist as well.
7 Min Byung-Gyu - Itadori Yuji (Jujutsu Kaisen) and Reiner Braun (Attack on Titan)
Junya Enoki
Junya Enoki plays Min Byung-Gyu in Solo Leveling. He's one of the most tragic characters in the series and someone who easily could have been one of the strongest Shadows in Jinwoo's army. He was an S-Rank Hunter and a healer in the series, bringing his friends back from the brink of death on more than one occasion. Unfortunately, he couldn't save himself from the Ant King during the Jeju Island Arc.
Enoki has played several amazing characters during his career as a voice actor. Two of the most prominent are the main character from Jujutsu Kaisen, Itadori Yuji, and one of the most morally complicated characters in Attack on Titan, Reiner Braun. All three characters are incredibly interesting every time they're on-screen, for better or for worse.
6 Sung Jinah - Pikachu (Pokémon ONA)
Haruna Mikawa
Sung Jinah is the protagonist Sung Jinwoo's little sister in Solo Leveling. She's a student studying to become a doctor, and she's one of the main reasons why Jinwoo goes into Dungeons in the first place. The playful banter she shares with Jinwoo brings a lot of humor to Solo Leveling, and she's the last person who expected her brother to become an S-Rank Hunter.
Outside of Solo Leveling, Haruna Mikawa has played none other than Pikachu in the Pokémon ONA titled Pokémon Evolutions. It's a fun series that can be watched online that tells a different Pokémon tale than most of the main franchise.
5 Go Gunhee - Isaac Netero (Hunter x Hunter)
Banjou Giga
Before playing Go Gunhee in Solo Leveling, Banjou Giga already had experience playing as the Chairman of a Hunter's Association. He has also played Isaac Netero, the Chairman of the Hunter's Association in Hunter x Hunter. Both characters are old, wise, and battle-hardened. They're two characters happy to help the next generation, and both are forces to be reckoned with on the battlefield.

Jinwoo Is a Man of Few Words, But His 10 Best Quotes Prove Solo Leveling Is Worth the Hype
Jinwoo doesn't talk often, but when he does, his words carry weight. His 10 coldest lines from the Solo Leveling anime prove he's on another level.
Both Go Gunhee and Isaac Netero are two of the best parts of their respective series. Go Gunhee's reaction to Sung Jinwoo's arrival on Jeju Island is one of Solo Leveling. Chairman Netero's fight against the Ant King Mereum is arguably the best fight in Hunter x Hunter as well, and Banjou Giga brought both to life.
4 Choi Jong-In - Noriaki Kakyoin (JoJo's Bizarre Adventures)
Daisuke Hirakawa
Daisuke Hirakawa plays the Guild Master of the Hunters Guild in Solo Leveling. He's known as one of the strongest Korean Hunters in the series, and there are few who can match his firepower. He's a mage-type Hunter and a great leader on the battlefield as well.
Hirakawa's most prominent role outside Solo Leveling is his role as Noriaki Kakyoin, one of the main characters of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part Three: Diamond is Unbreakable. Diamond is Unbreakable is arguably the best part of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, and Kakyoin's intelligence and power in battle are two big reasons why.
3 Sung Jinwoo - Amane Fujimiya (The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten)
Taito Ben
Sung Jinwoo is the main character in Solo Leveling and one of the coolest characters in anime. He's stoic, insanely powerful, and always there when his friends, family, and even the country need him most. There are few characters with as much aura as Jinwoo, and he's finally putting Korean manhwa adaptations on the map for the world to see.
Sung Jinwoo's voice actor, Taito Ben, hasn't gotten as much acclaim for a role as he has with his position in Solo Leveling. Outside the shōnen series, Ben's biggest role is Amane Fujimiya, the male protagonist from the fun romance series The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten. The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten is a much more lighthearted series than Solo Leveling, showing Ben's capabilities as a voice actor.
2 Baek Yoonho - Ging Freeccs (Hunter x Hunter)
Hiroki Touchi
Baek Yoonho is another one of the strongest Hunters from Korea. He's a brave, strong Hunter who is always the first to a fight. He's the Guild Master of the White Tiger Guild and not one many would be willing to mess with. He's also one of the few characters who transform when he's powered up, showing off his strength through white fur and a tiger-like appearance.

10 Anime Dads That You Would Never Want as a Parent
Some anime dads are great, inspiring their kids and acting as a backbone for their upbringing. Other dads, not so much.
Outside of Solo Leveling, voice actor Hiroki Touchi has also played Ging Freeccs, protagonist Gon's father. Ging is one of the strongest Hunters in Hunter x Hunter, and while he may not be a good father, he's one of the most accomplished characters in the series.
1 Hwang Dongsoo - Ryoumen Sukuna (Jujutsu Kaisen) and Yami Sukehiro (Black Clover)
Junichi Suwabe
Junichi Suwabe has one of the best resumes in voice acting history. His dark, gruff voice has made him one of the most sought-after workers in the industry, and it's easy to see why. He plays one of the strongest villains in Solo Leveling as Hwang Dongsoo. Dongsoo is a Korean S-Rank Hunter who moved to America, and he's got a bone to pick with Sung Jinwoo.
Outside of Solo Leveling, Suwabe plays two of the most popular characters in anime: Ryoumen Sukuna in Jujutsu Kaisen and Yami Sukehiro in Black Clover. The two characters couldn't be more different, as Sukuna is an evil, selfish character, while Yami will do anything for his squad.
