The Captain America 4. However, much of what happened in the series has broad implications for Phase 4 of the MCU.

The actions of mysterious characters, like Valentina Allegra de la Fontaine, are likely to impact other movies and series within the next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Beyond her, many of the characters and ideas introduced in FATWS are sure to factor into developments in the franchise.
Armor Wars
the events of the original comic book storyline from the 1980s. In the story, Tony Stark discovers that his proprietary technology has fallen into the hands of several supervillains.
At the end of FATWS, fans see Sharon Carter, The Power Broker, telling someone that she now has access to weapons and technology she didn't before. Will Sharon be the instigator of the Armor Wars by selling off Tony Stark's secrets?
World Of Wakanda
There are many comic book ideas and storylines that the World Of Wakanda streaming series could explore. One of them would be delving deeper into the ranks of the Dora Milaje. Ayo would be the perfect candidate to focus on.
Her appearance in FATWS could be a setup for her continuing adventures in the Wakanda series, following her missions around the world and perhaps at home. It could even continue to explore her relationship with Bucky Barnes, who she helped remove the Winter Soldier programming.
The Masters Of Evil
Baron Zemo was a major part of FATWS. Although he is consigned to the supervillain prison, The Raft, it's unlikely his story is over in the MCU. Some of the inmates that Zemo shares his prison with could be potential of the Masters Of Evil.
This has long been Zemo's team of supervillains in Marvel Comics. The roster has evolved over the decades since their first appearance in Avengers #6 in 1964, but one likely member is Moonstone, who also happens to be a villain of Carol Danvers and could be the character Zawe Ashton is playing in Captain Marvel 2.
The Thunderbolts
In the mid-90s, Zemo and the Masters Of Evil were part of one of the greatest twists in comics history. The superhero team, the Thunderbolts, was revealed to be the Masters Of Evil in disguise. The Thunderbolts have evolved a lot in the years since, including becoming part of the istration of The Raft maximum security prison.
It's possible that Baron Zemo brings together either the Masters Of Evil or Thunderbolts into some kind of form on The Raft, and then uses it as his base of operations for his next big move. At one point, John Walker, the U.S. Agent, was the Warden of the facility as part of the Thunderbolts Program.
Young Avengers
A minor character introduced in FATWS could potentially be a major one in Phase 4 and beyond. Eli Bradley, the grandson of Lorean War veteran and hero Isaiah Bradley, only had a few scenes in the series. But comic fans know he goes on to become the Patriot, a member of the Young Avengers.
Hawkeye and Wandavision's Tommy and Billy Maximoff (who are Wiccan and Speed).
West Coast Avengers
The Young Avengers aren't the only superhero squad on deck in the MCU. FATWS continued a pattern of introducing potential of the West Coast Avengers, the first Avengers off-shoot in the comics and one of the best Avengers rosters ever.
The U.S. Agent is a prominent member of the team from the late 80s and early 90s, ing up after his failed stint as Captain America. He served alongside the Scarlet Witch and notably, The White Vision, the reconstituted form of The Vision after he had been disassembled by the government.
Secret Invasion
Armor Wars isn't the only MCU streaming series that FATWS is likely to tie into. Secret Invasion is set to be a major series in the near future, and will likely build heavily off the original comic book event in which the Skrulls launched a massive invasion of Earth.
There weren't any Skrulls in FATWS (as far as fans know). It's possible the early stages of the invasion are in progress. As The Contessa tells John Walker in the finale episode, "Things are about to get weird," suggesting she has knowledge of a greater danger in the future.
The X-Men
Immense speculation surrounds the eventual introduction of the X-Men in the MCU. Though the when and how remains a mystery, FATWS took a big first step in introducing Madripoor, the fictional Marvel country that has long been associated with the X-Men. It is likely that some of the X-Men themselves are not far behind.
The most significant character tied to the country is Wolverine, who spent a great deal of time there in the comics during the 1980s. One of his favorite haunts in the comics, The Princess Bar, has already appeared in one of the most important comic book references in FATWS.
The All-New, All-Different Avengers
It's not clear when the next Avengers movie will appear in the MCU, but when it does, the roster is likely to look very different than it has. It's also likely to look similar to the All-New, All-Different version of the team from 2015, which Sam Wilson was part of as Captain America.
Also part of the team was Jane Foster as Thor, who is set to be introduced in Ms. Marvel, another character getting her own streaming series later this year, also ed the team during this period alongside fellow newcomer Miles Morales as Spider-Man.
Captain America 4
The most obvious impact that FATWS has on Phase 4 is the next Captain America movie. While it's too early to know the story of the movie, it is to be written by FATWS showrunner Malcolm Spellman alongside fellow writer Dalan Musson and will surely pick up threads from the series.
The fallout from the actions of Sharon Carter, The Contessa, or both could be explored in the movie. Other possibilities include exploring other major Captain America storylines from the comics, especially from Sam Wilson's tenure as Cap.
