Carol is Not ing Fear The Walking Dead Crossover

Bad/good news (depending on how you look at it) for Fear the Walking Dead crossover as Carol Peletier.

As one of only three season 1 characters left on AMC's zombie series who will remain a cast member if she survives the next run of episodes, McBride is one of the biggest Walking Dead names out there. From beaten housewife to one-woman killing machine, it is easy to argue that Carol has had one of the biggest arcs out there. Better her larger storyline, moments like "Look at the Flowers", the character's assault on Terminus, and her blossoming romance with King Ezekiel, some think Carol would set her sights on a new challenge and become a second crossover character for Fear.

Morgan and Carol have shared their own strife across the past eight seasons, so it would certainly be interesting to see them take on a new challenge, but it looks like it isn't meant to be. The second half of season 8 will see the 'All Out War' of Robert Kirkman's comics come into play and a wrapping up of the ongoing battle with Jeffrey Dean Morgan's Negan. Carol in the comics is long dead, so we can't really chart where she will go next, but with her seeming to take over the Michonne arc from the page, romance is surely on the cards with Ezekiel.

If McBride was ing Fear, it would see the return of one familiar face, but alas, it won't be Carol's. She has enough on her plate with Negan and the Saviors.

With the Andrew Lincoln, and Norman Reedus will be lasting at least a little longer on The Walking Dead.
