Aerith is a kind and ive character in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, acting as one of the main characters and a central love interest. She is the go-to romantic partner for Cloud. If her Bonds of Friendship are higher than anyone else's in the party, she will Cloud at the Gold Saucer for a beautiful culmination of your romantic pursuits.

The Gold Saucer date is a major event in Chapter 12. To fully romance Aerith, you'll need to max out her Bonds of Friendship prior to this chapter. The most important moments in Cloud's relationship with Aerith come during a conversation with the lovely young lady. By picking the right dialogue options, you'll be all set to take Aerith to the Gold Saucer.

How Romance Works In FF7 Rebirth

There are four characters whom Cloud can romance for the grand Chapter 12 Gold Saucer date and the intimate ending of FF7 Rebirth; Aerith, Tifa, Yuffie, or Barret.

Relationships in FF7 Rebirth are based on a mechanic called Bonds of Friendship. Bonds of Friendship track how much time you've spent with a given party member. It notes down dialogue choices, side quests, and who you spend time with. When you get to the Haunted Hotel in Chapter 12, the character with the highest Bonds of Friendship will knock on Cloud's door and trigger a personal scene.

Thanks to a hidden mechanic in FF7 Rebirth, you can check your affinity with your friends whenever you want. Aerith starts out with the highest affinity of any romance option, making her the easiest character to win over. All you have to do is keep that relationship up and you should find yourself on that fateful date with her.

Best Dialogue Options For Aerith

Picking the right dialogue options at certain points throughout FF7 Rebirth will boost Cloud's relationship with Aerith. There are a few moments throughout the first dozen chapters where what you say to Aerith can determine the fate of your entire relationship. Luckily, you don't have to worry about Aerith dying in FF7 Rebirth before the Gold Saucer date. If you want her to take you on the date, she will, just as long as you have a stronger bond with her than anyone else.

There are six conversations scattered between chapters 2 through 11 that can improve your affinity with Aerith. Each piece of dialogue has three possible responses. One is the best choice, the second is middle of the road, and the third is the worst. It is easy to tell what options are more romantic than others, but if you're struggling, you can always double-check what produces the best results.

Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth takes on the daunting task of updating Gaia for modern systems, and the differences in its map reveal some key changes.

The reason Aerith is so easy to romance is that she starts out with the highest affinity of any of the main characters. As such, so long as you don't improve your other relationships too much, you should end up with Aerith by Chapter 12. Her date acts as one of the best moments in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth.
