Jade Is Wearing One Of Miranda’s Bracelets In From Season 1, Episode 1

The Bracelet Hinted At Jade's Connection To Miranda/Tabitha

On From's bracelets are one of the many details that teased a deeper connection between Miranda and Tabitha. The bracelet that Tabitha made for Jim Matthews (Eion Bailey) decades ago is somehow in the Town, Miranda is seen wearing Tabitha's bracelet in a flashback, and Tabitha also finds the bracelet that she made in the glove compartment of Henry's (Robert Joy) car, who claims that Miranda made it for him.

In the From season 3 finale, Tabitha realizes that there is more than one bracelet because she kept making them as a way to remind herself deep down of who she was and of her purpose. Even though Jade and Tabitha had seemingly never met before the first episode, Jade is wearing one of her bracelets as a reminder of his past connection with Tabitha and with the Town itself. The series was already foreshadowing Jade's history with Tabitha, even when they had no memory of the many lives they had already shared together.

From’s Reincarnation Twist Changes Many Tabitha And Jade Scenes

Tabitha And Jade Are Embedded In The Town's Tragic History

Tabitha and Jade's connection is not only game-changing for future seasons, but also recontextualizes many scenes from seasons 1-3. No scene between Tabitha and Victor can be viewed the same way again when knowing that Tabitha is Victor's mother. The same goes for all Tabitha and Henry scenes when knowing that Tabitha is Henry's wife. Jade's visions of Christopher and Jasper are no longer as unsettling and are now more tragic, as these are memories of one of the many past lives where Jade tried and failed to help the children.

There is also more tragedy in all the "Anghkooey" children's scenes when knowing that one of these children is Tabitha and Jade's daughter, who they were unable to save. All of Tabitha and Jade's shared scenes have a different undertone now, given the history they do not realize they have together. Jade wearing the bracelet proves how early the seeds for the reincarnation twist were planted and foreshadowed, which adds further rewatch value to From.
