Arya Stark's first on-screen presence in "Winter is Coming" sufficiently gave audiences an idea of where her story arc was headed. Whilst her sister did a fantastic job with needlework, Arya was continually distracted by the archery sounds coming from outside.

Arya Stark's character consistency was maintained, by and large. Her fashion evolution complemented her story arc perfectly. The more she rebelled, the closer she came to who she was. Interchangeably in words of Septa Mordane: "Arya would rather act like a beast than a lady." Arya's fans have paid homages to her fashion evolution through Game Of Thrones.

No, That's Not Me

Arya in this cosplay dreamt of becoming lord of a Holdfast someday. But that was when none of the Starks were beheaded. She'd ed training with dancing master Syrio Forel. In the early days of her training, Arya learned to balance on one foot in front of a staircase.

It was quite clear that Arya wasn't going to be a typical Westerosi lady with her tros and her cat chases. The cosplay perfectly captures Arya's childhood, dressed in the tan brown leather boots, perfect for swordplay. Arya's Khaki shirt and tros in the cosplay have a Braavosi touch. Though she'd wear braids in her hair, the hair-do was always shabby. The important thing to is Arya wore her hair like Ned Stark.

Arya And The Hound

The cosplay does a brilliant attempt of recreating Arya's journey with The Hound. It's Season 4, Arya has survived so far. Her costume is worn-out and more rugged than before.

She looks unwashed, unkempt but she's resilient. The cosplayer practices ways to die  water dancing taught by dancing master Syrio Forel. Arya does her water dance with her Needle on her way to the Eyrie.

Valar Morghulis

Ah, the cosplay that shows Arya Stark disguised as a boy. Arya's leather, armor-like jacket (designed by Yoren) helped her travel the rough terrains of Westeros i.e, live the life of a vagabond. Yoren cut her hair short to escape the Lannisters.

Years later, Arya holds the Iron Coin of the Faceless Men. The same coin that helped Arya board a ship to Braavos. With every rugged costume, Arya hardens as an assassin. The short hair became part of her identity while on the run.

Valar Dohaeris

The cosplay captures Arya at the seaport. She gives the Iron Coin to the Captain of the ship to let her sail to the Free City of Braavos. This cosplay is the last of Arya's boyish hair and that brown suit. For years she trains under Jaqen H'ghar in The House of Black and White, dedicated to the Many-Faced God.

She has to shed every element of her previous identity to play the Game of Faces. Arya bid goodbye to her sword, her clothes, her silver, shortly afterward.

A Girl Has No Name

So that's Arya Stark's abandoned identity at the House of Black and White. The cosplayer is dressed as an apprentice of Jaqen H'ghar. Arya, like The Waif, wears the same black sack dress, with a white full sleeve shirt underneath. This dress marks a shift in Arya's personality. She's shed her identity.

Arya now sports a neat bob, different from her previous hairdos. Her wardrobe minimal, yet feminine.

I Can't See

Arya had taken Meryn Trant's life in Braavos. Jaqen H'ghar knew Arya was still someone. To punish her for taking a wrong life, she was blinded in "Mother's Mercy."

Arya was at the House of Black and White when Jaqen blinded her. She still wore her utilitarian black linen sack dress, as seen in the cosplay above. Her look was completed by her thick, glazed  lenses.

Begging In The Streets Of Braavos

Arya Stark spent Season 6 begging in the streets of Braavos. She was blinded and evicted from the temple of the Many-Faced God. The cosplayer shows Arya from "The Red Woman" wearing a rugged sack of a dress. The Waif would regularly come to torment/teach her. The blind girl was ordered to stand and fight.

The cosplayer shows Arya dressed in tan khaki tros and Braavosi style sandals. She holds a wooden begging bowl in her hand. This was the most crucial period in Arya's training, for it heightened her other senses, as she lost her vision.

Oysters, Clams, And Cockles!

Braavos is critical to Arya's arc. Jaqen assigns Arya to assassinate the Thin Man at the Ragman Harbor, for he was a gambler. Jaqen mistakingly thinks Arya is closer to becoming a fine servant for The Many-Faced God. No sooner, she sees Meryn Trant is in the city, she drops her oyster-peddler-Lanna act. Arya takes Meryn's life for killing her master, the greatest swordsman who ever lived, Syrio Forel.

The cosplay shows Arya's princess Leia hair, dressed in a skirt. The Arya from cosplay wears the same white shirt and a structural bolero jacket. The cosplay is completed by Arya's leather gloves, tall boots, and waist purse.

Here To Kill Cersei

"A girl is Arya Stark of Winterfell and I am going home." Arya completes the last leg of her training by killing The Waif. As she reaches Winterfell, she channels Ned Stark through her clothes. She's seen dressed in various shades of brown.

Arya in the cosplay is in The Red Keep, looking at the ruins of the city. She wanted to kill Cersei, but the rubble got to her first. Arya's pale horse comes out of nowhere. She pets the horse, climbs on it and leaves.

What's West Of Westeros?

The cosplayer has recreated the Arya Stark that was seen last. She sticks to her tunic skirt, as seen in the show. Eagled-eyed fans could visibly see Arya's clothes mirrored on Ned Stark's style. Her shoulder-length hair combed back, tall, round toe brown leather boots are all inspired by the Late Lord Eddard Stark. Her brown jacket, fur cloak speak of where she comes from.

After bidding goodbye to Jon, Arya announced her decision of not going back to the North. She set sail on a Stark ship to explore the West of Westeros.
