Genshin Impact announced that Alhaitham and Yaoyao will be the next characters to the playable roster. So far, Genshin Impact has released very little information about the characters besides their Vision, official artwork, and Constellation names, but many players are already curious about their abilities, skills, and animations. Luckily, various leakers have been hard at work, trying to uncover this info to give players a better insight as to how these characters like Alhaitham will look on release.
In Genshin Impact's story, Alhaitham has played a massive role in the Sumeru Archon Questline, helping the Traveler outwit the Akademiya, and bring an end to their plan to ascend Scaramouche to the status of Archon. With his direct and straightforward personality and extremely rational intelligence, Genshin Impact 3.4's Alhaitham functions very well as a strategist and leader, though his lack of sentimentality can lead him to butt heads with other characters. This is especially apparent with his roommate and foil, Kaveh, who argues with him frequently.

How Alhaitham Will Fit Into A Genshin Impact Team
Based on all the information presented by the Genshin Impact leaks, Alhaitham looks as if he will fill the role of a Dendro Main-DPS in a team. His ability to deal Dendro damage with his Normal Attacks would make him a perfect fit for teams focusing on creating Dendro Cores with a Hydro character, or Aggravate and Spread reactions with an Electro character. Alhaitham's kit would excel in a team that heavily utilizes these Dendro reactions, especially with those including Genshin Impact 3.2 character Nahida, Nilou, Cyno and Bennet just to name a few.
With Genshin Impact Version 3.4 still so far away, none of these leaks are truly set in stone and may be subject to change before the patch's release. Though Alhaitham's release is exciting, leaked characters like Baizhu and Dehya are still on many players' minds. However, with these leaked abilities, players should be able to make a decision whether or not to Wish for Alhaitham during his release in Genshin Impact Version 3.4 early next year.
