Many players were hoping Mika would be a 5-star character and are upset at the lack of love that Mondstadt-based characters have been receiving, citing that newer regions, like Sumeru, are being prioritized over the older regions. While this may be true due to Genshin Impact wanting to show off newer content, Mondstadt will always hold a special place in people's hearts as their first introduction to the world of Teyvat. As it stands, Mika should still make a charming addition to the roster, and with Genshin Impact Version 3.1's "Of Ballads and Brews" event, he has already made a massive impact on many fans.
