There are 16 Shinto Shrines in Ghost of Tsushima, and finding all of the shrines will reward the player with the Favor of Kami Trophy. There are three Shinto Shrines in Act 3.

Start north of the shrine. Take the path to the right of the burning bridge. Jump down, follow the path, and take the tightrope across to the next ledge. Jump off and grapple the branch above. Use handholds to get to the next ledge. Jump off and grapple the two branches above the gap. Grapple two more times to move upwards on the mountain. Use the handholds to get to the next ledge, and hop from branch to branch to cross the gap. Jump over the gap, and grapple the branches over the next one. Jump across the gap and use the handholds to get to the next ledge. Follow the path up higher to a broken bridge. Jump across the gap to the right of the bridge. Hop down onto the stone columns and grapple the branches above. Follow the path up to the shrine. Players will be rewarded with the Charm of Nigihayahi-no-mikoto.

Start to the southwest of the shrine. Use the handholds to the right of the path to move up towards the next gate. Then, squeeze between the crack in the stones. Climb up to the left and then jump across a couple of gaps. Then, use the handholds and a couple of branches to get to the next gate. Grapple the two trees to the left of the broken bridge. Then, jump off the ledge and grapple the tree to the right. Use the grappling hook to move up and then squeeze between the rocks. Then, crawl through the hole to the right. Climb up and hop on a branch to cross the gap. Swing from the next branch to the handhold. Use the grappling hook to reach the next handhold. Grapple the tree above. Follow the path to the right to the shrine. Players will be rewarded with the Charm of Takemikazuchi.

Start to the east of the shrine. Take the handhold to the right of the broken bridge. Turn around and grapple the branch above to swing. Jump to the ledge on the right. Take the handholds up and follow the path on the right. Jump across the gap and turn left to grapple the tree. Grapple another and take the handholds up again. Use the branches to the right to swing to the next ledge. Jump on top of the branches and use the handholds to climb upwards. Grapple the branch to the left to swing to the next set of handholds. Jump from the branch on the left to the ledge below. Go up the path to the shrine, shown on the left. Players will be rewarded with the Charm of Ikazuchi-no-kami.
