To increase Jin's maximum health in Ghost of Tsushima, players can visit a total of 20 different Hot Springs scattered all over Tsushima and Iki Island. At these special spots, Jin can take a well-deserved break from fighting the Mongol invasion to rest, relax, and reflect on his experiences so far. Players are rewarded with increased HP, a unique armor set, and a trophy.

Finding all of the Hot Springs is just one of the activities needed to unlock the Body, Mind, and Spirit trophy. Other activities include completing Ghost of Tsushima's Bamboo Strikes, Haikus, and Inari Shrines: all tasks designed to strengthen Jin's body, increase his vitality, and sharpen his mind. Here's where to find all of Ghost of Tsushima's Hot Springs, broken down by region.

#8 Castle Lookout Hot Spring

West of the Isonade Coast.

#9 Firefly Hill Hot Spring

Southeast from the Komoda Inlet and Takeshiki Grove, northeast from Kukai's Falls.

By using skill points to unlock upgrades for Guiding Wind, players can set the Guiding Wind ability to lead Jin to nearby Hot Springs that aren't marked on the map.

All of the Hot Springs in the Kamiagata region are marked on the map above. Kamiagata is where Act 3 of Ghost of Tsushima takes place. Check the table below for zoomed-in images and more detailed descriptions of how to find each Hot Spring:

As the entire island can be explored after the end of the game, players don't need to worry about missing any Hot Springs, or other upgrades or collectibles. However, as increased health is incredibly useful, tracking down Hot Springs isn't one of the best things to do after beating Ghost of Tsushima.

The Iki Island expansion included with Ghost of Tsushima's Director's Cut edition features a variety of unique activities, including the Monkey and Wind Shrines, Animal Sanctuaries, and Archery Challenges. Two Hot Springs can also be found.

In the southern part of the Gonoura Cape, southeast of the Blood-Stained Shrine where players can unlock a Bloodborne-themed armor.

All Rewards For Finding Hot Springs In Ghost Of Tsushima

Apart from increased health, players also get to hear Jin reflecting on many different aspects of the story while resting at Hot Springs. Additionally, finding all 18 Hot Springs on Tsushima unlocks the Fundoshi outfit, which strips Jin down to his underwear.

While the Fundoshi set may initially seem like a gag outfit, it actually isn't one of the worst armor sets in Ghost of Tsushima. When equipped, the Fundoshi silences Jin's footsteps when running and sprinting, and can even be upgraded so enemy detection speed is reduced by 40%. As such, it's an interesting, if slightly absurd option for players who heavily favor a stealthy approach.

Finding all of the Hot Springs is also needed to unlock Ghost of Tsushima's Body, Mind, and Spirit trophy; however, this also requires finding other collectibles including Haiku, Inari Shrines, and Bamboo Strikes.
