While there are many Woodstone B&B timeline. While there are still some unknowns about the fates of the spirits in the CBS series, Ghosts has revealed vital details about the dead that comprise the series, which are essential to appreciate the series.
Thorfinn
Thor Died Of A Lightning Strike
Devan Chandler Long's Thor died of a lightning strike in 1007 CE. While it wasn’t his proudest moment, Thor was susceptible to the circumstances because he was wearing a metal helmet during a thunderstorm, contributing to the cause of his death. In all fairness to the 1000-year-old Viking, Thor did not equip himself to survive independently. His Viking crew deserted him in what became North America for unknown reasons, which left Thorfinn vulnerable to the elements.
While Thor survived some time on the land, he ultimately died at Woodstone. As a 1000-year-old Viking, Thor is one of the oldest spirits on the property yet to get "sucked off." While Thor was still alive on the property, he made friends with a squirrel named "Oskar," who Thor experienced nightmares about killing for years. Although he is one of the oldest ghosts on the property, Thor's unique ghosts trait separates him from the more recently deceased.
Sasappis
Sasappis Died In The 1500s
Sasappis’ death is the only unknown death going into Ghosts season 4. Román Zaragoza's Sasappis belongs to the Lenape, a group of people indigenous to the Northeastern Woodlands who lived in New York Bay, western Long Island, and the lower Hudson Valley of New York State before European . Sasappis died in the early 1500s, meaning there was a chance his death occurred before European .
The Lenape people first recorded with Europeans in 1524. While Sasappis and fellow ghost Shiki were native to the area at their death, the Lenape were displaced from their land due to the American Revolutionary War. The Indian removal policy further displaced the Lenape in the 1860s. While the cause of Sasappis' death is unclear, his ghost power is that he can enter people's dreams and communicate with them in an unconscious state.
Isaac Higgintoot
Isaac Died Of Dysentery
Brandon Scott Jones' Isaac Higgintoot was an American soldier during the Revolutionary War. In the late 1700s, Isaac fought in the war until he died of dysentery on the property. Isaac’s death is a recurring joke since the character lacked general regard for clean eating, drinking, and hygienic practices.
Sam is writing a book about Isaac Higgintoot's historical role in the Revolutionary War Era.
Forgotten in the modern age and even during his own time, Isaac was a Founding Father, whose most notable accomplishment was negotiating the surrender of Fort Ticonderoga. The character also created a long-range musket called the "Eyesaac." Since Isaac died of a bowel condition, he gives off a terrible gastrointestinal smell when the living walk through him.
Hetty Woodstone
Hetty Died Of Strangulation
The lady of the house died at Woodstone Mansion in the late 1800s after Hetty strangled herself with a telephone cord. Rebecca Wisocky's Hetty was living at the mansion when her husband mysteriously disappeared, leaving her to answer for all of his crimes. Faced with the choice of being charged with her husband's crimes and losing her fortune or else, Hetty took the cord from the rare Woodstone family telephone and used it to end her life.
Hetty later revealed to Isaac and Sam that she was acting to save her son, Thomas, by keeping his fortune intact. Hetty itted feeling regretful of her decision and that she had made a mistake. While Thomas could live on the Woodstone fortune, Hetty was keenly aware that Thomas never had a mother, which hindered him in other ways.

Alberta Haynes
Alberta Was Poisoned
Thomas Woodstone murdered Alberta Haynes at Woodstone Mansion in the 1920s. Danielle Pinnock's Alberta was an up-and-coming jazz singer of the decade, performing at Woodstone Mansion the night of her murder. At the time, Alberta was running with a bootlegger, who she was with the night she died. Her bootlegger boyfriend was dating Thomas Woodstone, who left a poisoned bottle of moonshine outside Alberta’s dressing room. When Alberta ingested some of the libations, she died and became a ghost, but she didn’t know for years how she died.
Watch the Woodstone crew solve Alberta's murder in Ghosts season 2, episode 21, "Whodunnit."
Initially, it was unclear who murdered Alberta. Potential suspects were her bootlegger boyfriend, her rival, and even her sister. Sam, a budding journalist, investigated Alberta’s death on a podcast about the jazz singer she started with an Alberta superfan, Todd Pearlman, who came to Woodstone B&B to investigate the singer’s death. When Todd sampled a bottle of moonshine from Alberta’s things, he discovered that someone poisoned Alberta. When the cohort investigated further, Hetty revealed that she saw her son, Thomas, kill Alberta because he was having an affair with her bootlegger boyfriend.
Flower
A Bear Attacked Flower
Sheila Carrasco's Susan “Flower” Montero died after a bear attacked her on the property. In 1969, Flower wandered onto the property while attending a musical festival. A hippie and product of her time, Flower was on mushrooms when she perished, and the drugs played a heavy hand in her death.
When Flower encountered the bear on the property while exploring with her partner, Ira, her compromised state clouded her judgment, and she attempted to hug the giant creature. Uninterested in her jovial gesture, the bear killed and ate Flower, leaving her stranded as a ghost of the property. Since Flower was on hallucinogenic drugs during her time of death, she makes living human beings stoned when she walks through them, causing a 30-to-60-minute high.

Ghosts: What Happened To Flower In Season 3 Explained
Ghosts features an ensemble of human and spirit characters and one of the most notable is Flower, who ends up leaving the show in season 3.
Pete Martino
A Little Girl Shot Pete In The Neck
Richie Moriarty's Peter “Pete” Martino died accidentally in 1985. A scout troop leader, Pete died after a girl in his troop accidentally shot him in the neck with an arrow. Pete’s scout troop was using a grassy patch of lawn at Woodstone Estate to practice their archery skills, leaving Pete stranded as a ghost on the property following his death.
Pete argued with his wife, Carol, the day he was killed, which caused him to be careless and hand out arrows to his troops before their safety demonstration was over.
That said, Pete is the only ghost in the CBS series who can leave the property. Pete realized it was his ghost power at the end of Ghosts season 3. While Pete had an unfortunate death, and the "itchy" arrow sticking out of his neck makes his afterlife all the more uncomfortable, Pete has one of the most exciting fates since he can leave the property.
Trevor Lefkowitz
Trevor Died Of A Pill Overdose
Asher Grodman's Trevor died of a heart attack on the property after consuming alcohol and prescription pills. Trevor was at the mansion for the weekend in 2000, partying with her stock-trading “bros” when they decided to engage in a dangerous recreational drug game, wherein they would take unlabeled prescription drugs for recreation. When Trevor’s pill cocktail ended fatally, his friends dumped his body in the lake on the property.
While many spirits who inhabit the Woodstone Mansion have no connection to the property, Trevor knew David Woodstone, Sam’s uncle and one of the people who worked at Trevor’s firm while he was living. Although Trevor has every reason to feel bitter that his friends dumped his body rather than calling 911 when there was still time, he doesn’t hold a grudge and instead re his final moments at the Woodstone fondly.
