Although Isaac’s Ghosts season 4 storyline will soon bring another famous face to the Woodstone Mansion.

Ghosts Season 4 Episode 6’s Animal Spirit Twist Fixes An Lore Problem
Ghosts season 4 risked the CBS sitcom's entire premise with one change to its lore, but episode 6 helpfully explained away this discrepancy.
However, this guest star may not be the actor that viewers have in mind. Isaac has discussed his supposed rivalry with Alexander Hamilton at length, and his actor Brandon Scott James announced that Hamilton’s ghost would finally appear on-screen in 2024. Ghosts star Utkarsh Ambudkar talked about trying to get Lin-Manuel Miranda, the writer and star of the Broadway hit Hamilton, to play the historical figure on the sitcom. However, TVLine reported that the role will instead be played by The Conners star Nat Faxon in the outing. Fortunately, this isn’t necessarily a bad thing for the series.
Lin-Manuel Miranda Can Still Appear In Ghosts Season 4 (But Not As Hamilton)
Nat Faxon Will Play Isaac’s Famous Rival
While Faxon might appear as the famous historical Founding Father, Lin Manuel Miranda should play himself in Ghosts season 4 instead of Hamilton. One of the best Ghosts guest stars ever, season 2’s Tara Reid, earned a lot of laughs by playing a fictionalized version of herself who attended Trevor’s belated funeral since she was his celebrity crush during life. Miranda could pull off a similarly self-effacing role if the star were to appear in Ghosts season 4, particularly after the events of episode 5, “The Primary Source.” This outing revealed Sam penned Isaac’s of his wartime experience.
This cameo would afford Miranda a golden opportunity for some funny self-parody, while characters talking about Miranda’s hit Hamilton would make Isaac’s blood boil.
Although Isaac couldn’t find a reliable primary source to back up his side of the story, Miranda could and should still show up to stay as a guest at the Woodstone B&B. He could be researching Isaac’s story or coincidentally ing through, or his appearance could even coincide with Faxon’s role as Hamilton. This cameo would afford Miranda a golden opportunity for some funny self-parody, while characters talking about Miranda’s hit Hamilton would make Isaac’s blood boil. The gag could also redeem Sam’s silliest Ghosts season 4 storyline by giving Isaac’s book a purpose, as his story could intrigue the playwright.

Lin Manuel Miranda’s Ghosts Season 4 Cameo Could Be Even Better Now
The Broadway Star Could Reunite With Ghosts Star Utkarsh Ambudkar
Ambudkar appeared in an early version of Hamilton with Miranda, meaning the reunion of the two real-life co-stars could add a funny meta element to the plot. However, the main draw of Miranda's appearance in Ghosts would be its impact on Isaac. Isaac has spent season 4 trying to become a better person, and learning just how famous Miranda’s ode to Hamilton was could truly test his resolve. As Ghosts season 4’s main character, Isaac has the potential to grow and learn from this discovery, but Ghosts could also make his resulting tantrum truly hilarious with Miranda’s presence.
