While there had been issues between the couple in settling their divorce, which would bring them one step closer to finalizing the matter and finally being legally divorced, there's a surpridate from the couple. According to ET Online, Gerry and Theresa "struck a settlement on June 4 in Indiana's Pike Circuit Court", leaving the pair close to being legally divorced. After waiving a final hearing and agreeing to divide any t assets amicably, the pair's divorce is as good as finalized. While there was some uncertainty in the wait, Theresa and Gerry are on the path to true separation.
