Catwoman, for a brand‑new miniseries that sends the Gotham City Sirens on their next hijinks‑filled adventure. As exciting as the reunion is, their new costume overhauls are even more spectacular, and are literally out of this world.
Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn, and Catwoman are set to return in Leah Williams and Haining’s new miniseries Gotham City Sirens: Unfit for Orbit, a five‑issue run arriving weekly this July, with the first issue launching on July 2, 2025.
The announcement is especially thrilling for readers who loved Williams’ 2024 Gotham City Sirens series, which sent the trio on a Wild West adventure last August. This time, though, they will trade cowboy boots and horses for spacesuits and rocket ships as Unfit for Orbit blasts the Sirens into a space‑themed escapade.
Batman’s Gotham City Sirens Return for New Mini Series This July
Cover B Noobovich Variant for Gotham City Sirens: Unfit for Orbit #1 (2025)
According to the synopsis for issue #1, the Gotham City Sirens will infiltrate a “hot new outer‑space–themed nightclub in Gotham City” to pull off a heist. The cosmic motif runs deeper than décor, though. The Sirens soon learn the club hides a plot to destroy Earth, masterminded by its owner, the alien despot Despero. The teaser promises more than planet‑saving stakes, hinting at “deadly DJs, hunky alien hotties, dancers in alien costumes, mutant mishaps, one wild UFO, and lots and lots of fire!”

Gotham City Sirens Officially Debuts Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy & Catwoman's New Cowgirl Costumes
The Gotham City Sirens have officially reunited, but they're trading in their typical spandex and bustiers for some rootin' tootin' Cowgirl gear!
Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, and Catwoman Debut Stunning New Spacesuits
Cover C KyuYong Eom Variant for Gotham City Sirens: Unfit for Orbit #1 (2025)
The synopsis alone makes it clear that this series will be packed with action and shenanigans, making it a can't-miss read. The cover art only builds on that excitement, teasing space-themed looks for the Gotham City Sirens. Among the most notable covers is Terry Dodson and Rachel Dodson’s main cover for issue #1, which features Catwoman, Poison Ivy, and Harley Quinn in spacesuits that pay tribute to their iconic character designs. Harley, in particular, stands out, as her spacesuit is modeled after her classic red and black jester costume, complete with the two tails and tassels of her signature jester hat.
Poison Ivy and Catwoman’s costumes are equally badass, offering epic reimaginings of their signature looks. Selina wears a sleek, all-black spacesuit that mirrors her usual skin-tight catsuit, complete with her signature cat ears. Ivy’s costume also stands out, taking on an emerald green hue that nods to the plant life that typically makes up her wardrobe. However, the hard material of the spacesuit gives her look a more geologic feel, resembling rock rather than plant life, adding an interesting twist. It will be intriguing to see if Catwoman, Harley Quinn, and Poison Ivy's bold new looks make their way into the narrative.

Batman Just Convinced Me Catwoman Isn’t His True Love, But [SPOILER] Is
Catwoman and Batman may be iconic, but a new comic just convinced me that DC robbed us of what could have been the Dark Knight’s greatest romance.
