Rockstar Games is set to release The Criminal Enterprises update for Grand Theft Auto Online soon, introducing a raft of new missions and features to the game's many career paths. GTA Online has been steadily growing since it launched in 2013, and that growth has led it to be one of the most popular online games available. With The Criminal Enterprises, the game will get bigger, and players will have even more to do.

Most of the new content set for The Criminal Enterprises, as the name implies, is centered around the businesses that players can run that were initially introduced in 2016. While there is some other content to enjoy as well, the business owners of the GTA Online universe are the ones who will benefit the most from the update, as it promises to expand GTA Online's criminal careers. The update is set to introduce more missions, as well as increased mission payouts to help players gather wealth and gain status and levels quicker in the chaotic world of GTA Online.

As revealed on the official Rockstar Games Newswire, The Criminal Enterprises will grant new opportunities to every player, including new GTA Online missions, vehicles, and a lot of new things to do in general. As soon as the update drops, players will probably want to log on as soon as possible to see everything new that the update has to offer. With what Rockstar has revealed so far, here is everything players can expect.

GTA Online's Executives Will Have Even More Special Cargo To Work With

Making money in GTA Online feels like a job and not a game even with new heists and updates

With The Criminal Enterprises, CEOs will receive a new employee, Lupe, who will help to manage the illicit goods that they have been making their fortune with. In addition to the hired help, their selection of available missions will be expanding, opening more opportunities to ship out the ill-gotten goods. GTA Online's controversial Shark Card microtransactions won't be necessary with the boost from this update. As a final bonus, an extra load of Special Cargo will appear outside of the player's warehouse every day, free for the player to ship to the docks and earn a quick payday.

The CEOs of Grand Theft Auto Online were likely already used to the high life, and this update makes sure that they can keep their steady income flowing. The mechanics of the job won't be affected by the update, so CEOs can continue running their company as before, just with more options. Players using the Executive path will surely reap the benefits of their extra cargo stash.

Bikers In GTA Online Will Get Some More Chances To Make Legitimate Cash

GTA Online Criminal Enterprises Bikers

In GTA Online, Bikers can oversee several illegal businesses with the help of their MC. However, The Criminal Enterprises will ironically give them more opportunities to get some legal paydays, which should add variety to keep the player from feeling that making money in GTA Online is boring. Players with the custom bike shop can now take on jobs to customize and deliver bikes to paying customers, letting players put their vehicle-editing skills to good use. In addition, they can run out on Bar Resupply missions to keep the Clubhouse bar stocked, earning cash from happy customers. The update will also add some new Clubhouse Contracts to make sure that the player's club can maintain respect on the streets.

Despite the Biker profession being one of the most criminal career paths available to players, The Criminal Enterprises made it much easier for them to earn money honestly, making it possibly GTA Online's best Career Builder business for those challenging themselves to avoid crime. In fact, a Biker may be able to be one of the most non-criminal business owners in the game if they focus on running their bar and bike shop. It remains to be seen if GTA Online is about to experience an influx of peaceful bikers.

Being A Gunrunner In GTA Online Is About To Get More Convenient

GTA Online Criminal Enterprises Update Gunrunner

The dangerous job of being a Gunrunner in San Andreas is receiving more routes to make money. With the release of The Criminal Enterprises, Gunrunners will be able to make daily deliveries to Ammu-Nation stores for some extra cash. In addition, the main draw of being a Gunrunner, researching new weapon and vehicle upgrades, is about to get a whole lot easier. Agent 14 will be able to give the player tips on some leads that can hasten their speed towards the next upgrade, granting them their improved armory much faster. Getting the best weapons in GTA Online is a goal for many players, and Gunrunners have the advantage of making those weapons even better. They will also receive two more Resupply Missions to provide plenty of opportunities to keep their weapon stash stocked.

The boon to research progress is the biggest thing for Gunrunners in this GTA Online update, since it directly improves the career's biggest draw. The Criminal Enterprises is set to give Gunrunners a generous upgrade. With that in mind, the exciting life of a San Andreas Gunrunner may find a few new applicants after the update.

GTA Online's Nightclub Owners Have More Ways To Take Care Of Their Club

GTA Online Criminal Enterprises Nightclub.

Nightclub Owners, despite their own available criminal activities, have always been primarily focused on taking care of their club, and The Criminal Enterprises expands that focus. At their clubs, players will be able to find problematic patrons and eject them from the club when they start trouble, a very solid addition to managing a nightclub in GTA Online. They can also bring clubgoers who have ed out to a safe place where they can sleep it off before they go home. Being a good club owner will keep patrons happy and maintain its popularity. Other additions include a pair of new Club Management missions and the ability to trigger missions with a phone call.

The Nightclub career's focus remains on making the coolest club in Los Santos, just as it should. In fact, many players would likely get some satisfaction out of personally stepping in and making sure everyone at the club is having a good time. Running a good club in GTA Online will be more immersive than ever once The Criminal Enterprises comes out.

The IAA Has A New Mission For GTA Online Players

GTA Online Criminal Enterprises Update IAA Agent

A new case of criminal intrigue is coming to GTA Online with The Criminal Enterprises, and it's bringing a new questline with it that sounds at least as good as Grand Theft Auto Online's heist missions. With gas prices skyrocketing in Los Santos, it is suspected that a wealthy oil family, the Duggans, is manipulating the situation to funnel money into their own pockets. The IAA is on the case, and they're recruiting the Online protagonist for this mission. Operation Paper Trail is the name of this new questline, and the player is tasked with investigating the Duggan group and learning exactly how much they have to do with the crisis facing Los Santos.

Bringing back GTA 4's Agent ULP, Operation Paper Trail looks to be an exciting addition. It takes a step away from the high-action crime drama that Grand Theft Auto is known for and adds in the intrigue of a spy movie. This new series of missions is available for all Online players, and is sure to be a treat.

GTA Online Is About To Get Its Next Shipment Of New Vehicles

GTA Online Criminal Enterprises Update New Cars Vehicles

Whether it's a new sportscar, or a chance to recreate Homer Simpson's car in GTA Online, it wouldn't be an update without vehicles, and The Criminal Enterprises has plenty to offer. Some new Tuner vehicles are set to come to the game, and players on next-gen consoles can expect a new ride from Hao once the update lands. Several older vehicles will also receive new customization options, and Benny's Original Motor Works will be able to add parts to more cars. However, the biggest vehicle prize is the two Imani Tech vehicles. These cars, modified by Imani from The Contract update, will have several high-tech features to be used at the player's discretion.

Grand Theft Auto frequently lives up to its name with an excellent selection of cars, and The Criminal Enterprises looks to deliver in that department. Providing both new cars and benefits for older ones, it looks like this will be a satisfactory addition. Although not a dedicated car update like GTA Online's Los Santos Tuners, The Criminal Enterprises is providing a decent upgrade regardless.

The Criminal Enterprises will add plenty to enjoy for all GTA Online players. Every career path is getting some new perks, and even players who haven't chosen one will still get to experience the new cars and Operation Paper Trail. The Criminal Enterprises update to Grand Theft Auto Online will be released on July 26, 2022.
