10 The Green Werebeast

Beast Boy's werewolf transformation from Teen Titans episode "The Beast Within"

In Teen Titans episode #35, "The Beast Within," following a battle with Adonis, Beast Boy is covered with unknown chemicals and begins to act strangely. He loses his sense of humor, and becomes aggressive – and in a truly uncharacteristic move, the animal-loving vegan starts to eat meat. The chemicals Beast Boy came in with altered his mind and body, turning him into a rampaging werewolf, out for violence. In his Werebeast form, Beast Boy has enhanced speed, strength, and senses. What makes the Werebeast such a threat is his ferocity and rage, which Beast Boy uses to pummel Adonis until he is unconscious.

9 Demon Boy

Beast Boy has endured countless adventures and missions with the Teen Titans. He has traveled across the DC multiverse, fighting threats across different dimensions, and even traveled to Hell. In the Justice League vs Teen Titans animated movie, the Titans travel to Hell to stop Raven's father, Trigon, and seal him back within her. With every new realm of the underworld they through, Beast Boy's body adapts to the demon species that occupies it; at one point he forcibly morphs into the very demon the team is battling. As a demon himself, Beast Boy effortlessly tears apart the opposing demonic beast, allowing the team to proceed.

8 Tyrannosaurus Rex Boy

T-Rex Beast Boy attacks the Teen Titans in Titans Burning Rage #6

One of Beast Boy's most iconic, powerful, and menacing transformations is his green Tyrannosaurus Rex form. We were introduced to the true might of this prehistoric beast in Titans Burning Rage #6 – written by Dan Jurgens – which featured Beast Boy becoming a mind-controlled dinosaur. Mento took control of Beast Boy's mind, making him think that the Teen Titans were all dead. It took the combined efforts of the Teen Titans, along with Dove and Hawk, to finally knock Beast Boy out. In this form, he could smash buildings, chew through steel, and shatter the ground underneath his feet. For Tyrannosaurus Rex Beast Boy to ultimately come in so low in this ranking is a testament to the ferocity and power of the forms he has achieved over the years.

7 Giant Gargoyle Boy

Mind control is hard to combat, especially when the person being controlled can shapeshift into any beast he can imagine. In Teen Titans #19 – by Benjamin Percy, Scot Eaton, and Wayne Faucher – Beast Boy becomes nearly unstoppable when his mind is taken over by the nefarious Puppeteer. Under Puppeteer's control, he battles with Damien Wayne and his Gargoyle, Goliath. Thankfully, through Will and Damien's words, Beast Boy was able to break free of the Puppeteer's control – but not before Beast Boy was able to defeat Damien and battle his pet out of the sky in an epic Gargoyle face-off.

Lobo pulls Beast Boy aside, telling him to let loose and become the craziest beast he can imagine. Beast Boy turns into a Lion/Dino hybrid and uses this intimidating form to tear through a robotic army. This form gained him the respect of Lobo, Lex Luthor, and even Batman

Mento's reign of chaos hits its peak when the villain detonates an explosive at the base of 'Dayto Industries' headquarters, and as a result, Beast Boy transforms into a Kaiju to the skyscraper from falling, saving the city as only someone with his unique abilities can. His sheer size alone, and the toll that this transformation takes on his body, showcase just how powerful he is.

4 Beastly Monster Boy

Monster-sized Beast Boy wields a Green Lantern ring on Teen Titan's Go

Teen Titan's Go showcases the original team, but they stretch the boundaries in a way the previous Teen Titans series did not. Such include cameos of the Justice League, different dimensional versions of themselves, and even breaking the fourth wall. In the episode, "Space House - Part 2," Beast Boy becomes obsessed with the Green Lantern Power Ring. Beast Boy puts on the ring and becomes a Dragon/Rabit/Dino hybrid with the powers of a Green Lantern. While his imagination could only conjure a Tater Tot, still it took the combined efforts of Zatana, Robin, Raven, and Green Lantern to stop him.

3 Phoenix

Beast Boy as a phoenix from Titans Tomorrow

In the Titans Tomorrow run, Beast Boy was instead known as Animal Man. Animal Man only transformed into mythical creatures, such as Hob Goblins, Gargoyles, Centaurs, and even a Phoenix. With his ability to copy not only an animal's appearance but also their abilities, Animal Man was able to engulf his entire Phoenix transformation in flames, making him not only a stunning visual display but also a major threat. He also could grow in size, and fly like a mythical phoenix. While not depicted in Titans Tomorrow, if Beast Boy/Animal Man could be reborn in this form, the phoenix would become the character's most powerful transformation by far.
