Crafting in a lot of resources, and a valuable material to have is Berry Leather. The uses for Berry Leather are extensive, especially when it comes to equipment such as helmets, chest plates, and leggings. To make the Berry Leather, players have to farm for Berry Chunks first, and finding those chunks can take a while if players are unfamiliar with the map.

In Grounded, players get shrunk down to the size of an insect by Ominent. Players need to survive and find out why they got shrunk in the first place. Inside Grounded, the gameplay takes place in the backyard that has different Biomes called the Haze, The Grasslands, The Oak Tree Pond, and The Hedge. The Hedge Biome is going to be the location players will need to get to for the Berry Chunks to then make into Berry Leather.

How to get Berry Chunks in Grounded

Grounded Berry

To find the Berry Chunks, they'll be close to the house on the left side when players are looking straight at it. Players will have to go to the Hedge Biome to get there. To reach it, head towards the left most corner of the house. Look for the area to shift to one that's a bit more enclosed because of the hedge branches making an appearance. Looking around the region, players might see some of the berries on the ground. They look like huge blueberries with a light blue color to them. If they're not on the ground, they will be up in the branches. There are a few branches that will let players climb up into the branches, and then knocking down the berries to the ground can be done with any ranged weapon like a bow or throwing pebbles. Once the berries have fallen to the ground, take any weapon to them and get berry chunks with each swing. The best weapon to use to get Berry Chunks will be an ax as it can help out with the spiders lurking around the area as well.

How to Craft Berry Leather in Grounded

Grounded Workbench

To craft Berry Leather, players will need to have a workbench ready to go as all crafting projects get completed there. A reminder on crafting is to make sure to use the Analyzer to get new recipes. The Analyzer is used by putting materials inside, and it creates new recipes for things like equipment, buildings, and more. To craft a Workbench, players will need to analyze a grass plank to open up the formula. They will then need three Grass Planks, two Saps, and four Sprigs to create it. Once the player has a few Berry Chunks, creating Berry Leather will require three Berry Chunks to craft. After heading to the Workbench, and crafting the leather, it's time to get to work on crafting some of the stronger equipment pieces in the game.
