The Cayo Perico Heist update includes new locations to Los Santos and beyond. For starters, the Diamond Casino has recently opened up a nightclub in its basement called The Music Locker. When visiting, the player will meet Miguel Madrazo, a key player in the Cayo Perico Heist. He will casually bring up his plans to rob the island of all of its riches and the player will be interested in learning more. Here's how players can begin the heist.
How To Start The Cayo Perico Heist in GTA Online
To start the Cayo Perico Heist, the player will first need to meet Miguel Madrazo in the basement club of the Diamond Casino. From here, the player will then need to purchase the Kosatka submarine for $2.2 million from Warstock Cache and Carry's website. This will act as the player's central base of operations for the remainder of the heist. Players can also purchase additional upgrades for the submarine like a Sonar Station or Weapon Workshop. After buying it, it will appear on the map. If it doesn't appear on the map, bring up the interaction menu, head to services, and choose Kosaka. Head to this location to begin the Cayo Perico Heist questline.
GTA Online will be making its way to the PlayStation 5 in the Spring of 2021. The game shows absolutely no sign of slowing down by dropping content that has been bigger and better than the base game itself. It leaves the question of what a Grand Theft Auto 6 would be and how the game would function. It is unlikely it will be making an appearance any time soon with the release of this new heist update.
