All of Vice City's button cheat codes in best GTA Trilogy game, San Andreas, Vice City, and Grand Theft Auto 3 have all introduced staples to the series that have remained in ever since. One of the biggest features of these original titles was the ability to input cheat codes to spawn neat vehicles or weapons. They do make a return in GTA Trilogy Edition.

While many modern titles have abandoned cheat codes, the GTA series continues to embrace it. In these titles, players are able to input certain button combinations to cause neat things to happen. The Vice City cheat codes are different for each platform, and each game has its own set of codes. For example, the cheat codes are vastly different than Vice City. Regardless, players can input these codes for a variety of fun effects and features.

It is important to note many of these GTA Vice City cheats will disable achievements or trophies. Using them should be more about experimenting with the game instead of cheating through it. Rockstar has confirmed that some of the original cheat codes have been removed from the newest Definitive Edition. They have also added some new ones in like the big head mode, accessed by using the classic Konami code. Like past iterations of the game, some of these cheats can not be deactivated after they've been turned on, so be sure to make a save point prior to inputting any of the cheats in.

Cheats in the PC version of GTA: Vice City work a little differently than the rest, but are still easily accessible. Instead of directions, PC players can simply type out the phrase while in normal gameplay and should hear the jingle, which means the cheat was accepted.
