WARNING: SPOILERS ahead for Hacks season 4, episodes 5 & 6.

One of the best guest stars in Rosie O'Donnell even made an appearance in Hacks season 4, episode 6.

During Kimmel's brief but memorable scene, he sneaks up behind Deborah one morning as she parks her car on the studio lot. Kimmel isn't there to offer her a friendly welcome to the late-night space, but instead hilariously sends Deborah a clear message about keeping her hands off his exclusive guest bookings, particularly Kristen Bell, who also appears in the episode. Deborah is taken aback by Kimmel's bluntness as he tells her he's had dibs on "KB ever since Conan died," a tongue-in-cheek jab at Conan O'Brien's brief Tonight Show tenure. This is just one of Kimmel's off-the-rails jokes during his Hacks cameo.

Kimmel arrives in full force to ruin Deborah's day just weeks after her late-night show took the number one spot in the Nielsen ratings during its premiere week. Playing an exaggerated version of himself, Kimmel cuts right to the chase and explains all the work he's done to secure Kristen Bell as an exclusive guest on his late-night show as opposed to others. Kimmel claims he went to great lengths to earn Bell's loyalty, such as donating tens of thousands of dollars to her "gluten-free energy bars", switching his phone to match her green bubble texts, and posing in a diaper on a billboard.

Hacks Season 4, Episode 6 Review: Ava's Hollywood Crash Out Is Equally Hilarious & Meaningful In Another Fantastic Entry

Hacks season 4, episode 6, "Mrs. Table," features a smart character shift in Hannah Einbinder's Ava Daniels as she reaches a critical breaking point.

Deborah had apparently made the mistake of trying to book Bell on her show by "accidentally" bumping into her at a local LA grocery store. Deborah's producers claimed that Bell has a "clickable face," hence the episode's title, which would help boost Deborah's online viewership. While Bell appeared to be on board and agreed to appear on Deborah's show the following week, word got around to Kimmel, who was not going to let that happen. As he runs Deborah off, he reminds her that his parking space is closer to the front entrance than hers is before calling her "a loser."

Kimmel Wrote Many Of His Shocking Jokes Directed At Other Late-Night Hosts

Conan, Fallon, & Even James Corden Came Under Fire From Kimmel

Kimmel's jokes on Hacks took direct aim at several other late-night hosts besides Conan, making some boundary-pushing comments about "the other Jimmy" Fallon and former late-night host James Corden.

Kimmel warns Deborah that if she doesn't back off, she'll end up like Corden, who, according to Jimmy, had to go back to England and "sweep chimneys" after his show ended.

Kimmel tells Deborah that she "f–ked with the wrong Jimmy," before telling her a stunning yet fabricated tale of what happened to James Corden following the end of his late-night show in 2023. Kimmel warns Deborah that if she doesn't back off, she'll end up like Corden, who, according to Jimmy, had to go back to England and "sweep chimneys" after his show ended.

Kristen Bell's Hacks Season 4 Cameo Just Ended An 8-Year TV Career Streak

Kristen Bell's surprise guest cameo in Hacks season 4, episode 5, "Clickable Face," finally ended a TV streak that has lasted nearly a decade.

According to Jean Smart and Hacks series creator Paul W. Downs via USA Today, Kimmel came up with a good chunk of his original lines during his Hacks season 4 cameo. Downs revealed, "[Kimmel] came up with, ‘I got full custody of Kristen Bell after Conan died," and the Jimmy Fallon jab. Smart noted that Kimmel was quite nervous on the Hacks set because he's not an actor despite appearing on television for hundreds of days of the year. "He kept saying, ‘I’m not an actor, you guys. Don’t expect much.' He was kind of nervous, and then he was just a riot.”
