The much-adored Harry Potter cast and crew recently released their reunion special, Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return To Hogwarts, where there was much to say. Whether it’s the comedic timing of Daniel Radcliffe, or some shocking reveals from everyone involved, this special was more than just a reunion, it was a return home for many.
Throughout Return To Hogwarts, the audience is let in on many details in the cast and crew’s lives that wouldn’t normally happen without this tell-all special.

One of the most exciting reveals from the reunion was that Daniel Radcliffe and Helena Bonham Carter had a close relationship on set, which culminated in some funny moments between them. Apparently, Radcliffe followed Bonham-Carter around like a lost puppy, completely in awe of her.
The funny thing about this quote is that it shows not only how much Daniel adores Helena, but also how their relationship was foundational to Daniel’s Harry Potter experience.

This quote reveals that Oliver Phelps, best known for playing George Weasley, broke director Mike Newell’s ribs on set during Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire, which lends itself to perhaps one of the funniest quotes in the special.
Newell attempted to show the twins “how it’s done,” but only got hurt in the end. The Phelps brothers expressed the vividness of this memory as if it just happened yesterday, and that Mike’s demonstration actually helped them get into the scene more.

As many said in the Return To Hogwarts special, Rupert Grint is Ron Weasley. And it isn’t just because fans and friends alike have seen Grint grow up represented as this character.
Directors and castmates also deem Rupert as the real-life personification of the fictional character he brought to life, and this is one moment where this is clear. Grint its that, just like Ron, he is clumsy and awkward, making both the actor and his character even more relatable and lovable.

Tom Felton lets us know what really was going through his mind during the making of the first Harry Potter film, and it’s that he thought that Richard Harris was a tour guide when they first began filming.
As a child, Felton obviously meant no harm with this misunderstanding. He is clearly nothing like Malfoy in real life and the Harry Potter character and actor would even be sorted into two different Hogwarts houses. Rather, it's a testament to just how young and naive all the child actors were when filming first began.

One of the most interesting reveals that will break any Ron and Hermione ship fans is the Emma Watson and Rupert Grint reveal that kissing in the final Harry Potter film was one of the most “horrifying things either of” them had to endure.
And although this makes complete sense because of their brother-sister relationship and their age at the time, it must be disappointing for fans everywhere.

Hermione was arguably the best wizard in the Harry Potter universe and she remains a fan-favorite character. In response to Emma Watson’s confession about how she and Rupert Grint really felt about kissing one another, he says, “I think I blacked out.”

At one of the callbacks, the pair were placed in a group together where Emma asked what the small devices hanging from the ceiling were, to which Felton replied with this sarcastic quote.
