A cleaner with an IQ of 160, Morgan is brought on board as a consultant for her local police department as her keen eye for detail helps uncover clues that the rest of the detectives overlooked.

Already, High Potential season 2 is one of the most anticipated network TV returns of 2025 thanks to the first season’s popularity. Viewers have never seen this outfit on the show before, with Morgan donning a high waisted mini-skirt with a pattern of cat drawings, a black top, and a mint green cardigan. The mini-skirt is accessorized with a chunky gold belt, proving that Morgan’s singular sense of style will carry into season 2 of the series.

Morgan’s outfit might not seem like a big deal to viewers unfamiliar with the series, but the character’s wardrobe has played a pivotal role in defining Morgan. Although High Potential season 1 didn’t explore all its ing stars in as much depth as Morgan, the show spent time getting to know Olson’s cleaner and what makes her tick. Per Olson, what the actor loved so much about High Potential’s protagonist is that she is “Underestimated,” and “When she shows up in these outfits, people automatically have a judgment about who she is.” Olson went on to it that her personal style couldn’t be further from Morgan’s preferences, meaning the sensory experience of wearing false nails, high heels, and figure-hugging clothes helps her get into character.

Morgan is a highly observant supergenius in the vein of Sherlock’s title character or Psych’s Shawn, and it is always satisfying to see her catch a culprit who made the mistake of underestimating her based on her style.

Morgan’s style highlights what a “Fish-out-of-water” she is in the police department, while also allowing her to mislead judgmental characters who underestimate her as a result of her fashion choices. Although Morgan is not always High Potential’s smartest character, she is a highly observant super genius in the vein of Sherlock’s title character or Psych’s Shawn, and it is always satisfying to see her catch a culprit who made the mistake of underestimating her based on her style.

Morgan’s outfit in this Facebook post proves that for all of High Potential season 1’s changes to her personality, Morgan's essential character remains the same. Morgan’s outfits are as loud as ever in season 2 and viewers wouldn’t have it any other way, as this proves she isn’t changing herself to fit in to her new role.

That said, the mint green cardigan that Olson’s character dons in this image could be proof that High Potential season 2’s version of Morgan will be a little more aligned with the rest of the department. The rest of the look remains fairly wild, but it is a step-down from season 1’s iconic feathered pink jacket and miniskirt ensemble. As such, High Potential’s heroine may be planning on toning down her style a little in the coming episodes.
