While playing through Hogwarts Legacy, you'll eventually encounter Gladwin Moon and his quest to find all the Demiguise Statues scattered throughout the map. These statues, which can only be collected at night, can be tricky to locate but are the key to further upgrading your Alohomora spell, which permits you access to areas restricted at the start of the game.
To start collecting the Demiguise Statues, you must first complete the initial quest from Gladwin Moon in Hogwarts, which unlocks the Alohomora spell. After completing this first quest, he will offer to improve your Alohomora spell rank so that higher level locks can be opened.

Given that many important collectibles are hidden behind locked doors in Hogwarts Legacy, including Field Guide Pages, Secret Rooms, Chests, and even the remaining Demiguise Statues, this is something you'll want to prioritize early on. While the number of statues varies per location, Hogsmeade has a total of 9 Demiguise Statues hidden throughout its map.

The Demiguise Statues in Hogwarts Legacy do not have a name or number assigned to them, so the numbers on the map above are a suggested route you may take to collect them all. Note that Demiguise Statues can be collected in any order you'd like. If you can only collect a few from Hogwarts Castle and a few from Hogsmeade at first, that's fine.
Casting the Revelio Spell, which comes in handy for collecting most things in Hogwarts Legacy, will highlight the location of nearby Demiguise Statues.
The important thing is to collect the ones you can and then return to areas later to see if you can find more in a previously locked area. All Hogsmeade Demiguise Statue locations can be viewed in the table below:

1. Tomes and Scrolls |
The first Demiguise Statue that players can find is in the Tomes and Scrolls building at the southern entrance of Hogsmeade. On the minimap, it appears to be located next to the actual building with the Vendor Thomas Brown. However, going behind the counter will reveal a door leading to the room where the Statue is located. |

2. South Building |
The second Demiguise Statue is in a building north of Tomes and Scrolls. Travel north along the street and take the first left (west). The building you are looking for is on the left; it is on a dresser to the left of a bed. |

3. Hog's Head Back Room |
Continue west along the street towards the West Floo Flame, but head down towards the dock. You are looking for the Pub called Hog's Head. This statue is located in the back room behind the bar. There is also a back door that leads out to the dock, a Revelio Field Guide Page, and the location of a Moth here. |

4. J. Pippins Potions |
North of the West Hogsmeade Floo Flame is J. Pippin's Potions. The small building east of this vendor has a Level 2 lock that requires Alohomora 2. Come back to this one if Gladwin Moon hasn't received enough Statues to level up your Alohomora spell yet. The Statue will be on a dresser in this building. |

5. The Three Broomsticks |
In the center of the town is The Three Broomsticks. Travel all the way to the top floor, where there will be a Level 1 locked door requiring Alohomora 1. The statue will be on the table in the center of the room. |

6. East Of The Three Broomsticks |
Travelling north from South Hogsmeade, Floo Flame is a building east of The Three Broomsticks. This building also has a Level 1 Lock. The Demiguise statue is on the upper floor near the top of the staircase. |

7. Dervish and Banges |
From the Northern Hogsmeade Floo Flame, travel west towards the Gladrags Wizardwear, the Top Hat icon on the map. The building next to it is Dervish and Banges. The Demiguise Statue is on plain display on the front counter. |

8. Brood and Peck |
This Statue is not inside the Brood and Peck but is actually across the street from it. This is a locked building requiring level 1 of Alohomora. It is on the right side of the room as you enter through the door. |

9. Behind Honeydukes |
Honeydukes is located in the North East region of Hogsmeade, just East of the North Hogsmeade Floo Flame. Travel out back behind this large building to see two smaller ones. The south building has a level 1 lock on it. The Statue will be inside on a small dresser in the center of the room. |

Note that, since the Demiguise Statues can only be collected at night, and you won't risk forgetting one or assuming you've already collected it, you can change the time of day if you find one at the wrong time. Switching the time of day to night will immediately allow you to collect the statue without having to return later, and you can do it quickly through the map view.

After opening up the map, press down on the right analog stick, or the indicated button attached to the "wait" feature, and you will receive a prompt asking if you would like to the time. Select yes, and you will immediately be shifted to nighttime, where you should see the Demiguise Statue glowing and have the option to be collected.
How To Solve Herodiana's Puzzles In Hogwarts Legacy
In Hogwarts Legacy's Hall of Herodiana quest, you have to use the Accio and Depulso spells to move blocks and cross three puzzle rooms for rewards.
Keep in mind, you can also always check your map of different areas to see how many statues are missing from a specified location in Hogwarts Legacy. However, it will only give you a vague idea of where to look, not the exact location of where to find them, but still, it is a helpful way to keep track of your collection.
