New character banner leaks for Amphoreus in Honkai: Star Rail will surely impact the game far beyond the story, as it likely comes accompanied by new mechanics.

These new gameplay mechanics will likely be made explicit in the overworld, taking into consideration the release of Penacony earlier this year, but it should extend into combat, too. This is because the Path of the Remembrance will add the memosprite mechanic, which will interact with the pre-existing mechanics in the game. Additionally, there may be a few changes to combat, as indicated by buffs to Pure Fiction in Honkai: Star Rail, for example. Despite all the novelty of Version 3.0, players may want to look into the past with the leaked character rerun banners for the patch.

All Honkai: Star Rail 3.0 Character Banners Have Leaked (Phase 1 & Phase 2 Banners)

Six Reruns May Occur In Version 3.0

Out of the three confirmed new characters, one will be made available for all players: the Remembrance Trailblazer. The other two, The Herta and Aglaea, will be 5-star units. Up until now, the banner structure for Version 3.0 had not been leaked but as the game progresses closer to the patch, a new leak detailing the banners has arisen. According to information provided by the leaker known as Seele Leaks, which was shared in a post tagged “Reliable” on Lingsha in Honkai: Star Rail 3.0.

Honkai Star Rail 3.0 Leaks: There's Great News For Players Who Don't Get The Herta

While players who skip The Herta in Honkai: Star Rail may miss out on some abilities, there’s an item that may compensate players who don’t have her.

The leak then details the possible Phase 2 banners in Version 3.0. As mentioned by Seele Leaks, Aglaea will make her debut in Phase 2 banners, while the 5-star rerun characters selected for the period are Robin, Boothill, and Silver Wolf. The leaker mentions that the characters and orders are subject to change. If the game proceeds on its regular six-week schedule for each update, Version 3.0 should arrive on January 15, with Phase 1 banners beginning then and ending on February 5, when the Phase 2 banners are expected to start.

There is a rumor that says Honkai: Star Rail 2.7 is the longest update so far, which could impact the speculated dates for each banner phase in Version 3.0.

Leaked Rerun Characters In Honkai: Star Rail 3.0 Are Exciting

Many Characters Are Rerunning For The First Time If The Leak Is True

Even though the new characters and the prospect of using Remembrance in combat are extremely enticing, players shouldn’t overlook the leaked rerun characters for Version 3.0. These are, in their majority, great characters to have across various types of team comps, depending on players’ preferences. Jade, for example, is a fairly strong follow-up attack sub-DPS unit, meaning she can help a lot with damage output. While her build is still a bit wonky, there have been leaks mentioning a buff to Jade’s build in Honkai: Star Rail 3.0 in the form of a new Relic set that actually serves her.

New rumors of character skins have emerged from the Honkai: Star Rail 3.0 leaks, showing updates that may hint at the arrival of outfits soon.

Alternatively, Feixiao is one of the game’s strongest DPS units when properly built. The 5-star Wind character on the Path of the Hunt is a great single-target DPS capable of inflicting high damage numbers and even reducing enemies’ Toughness with her attacks. Furthermore, Feixiao’s Technique is one of the best for wiping enemies in the overworld since she conjures a whirlwind around her and can initiate combat with a huge offensive advantage. If players already have strong follow-up sub-DPS units like Jade, March 7th (Hunt), or Moze, pulling for Feixiao in Honkai: Star Rail is a great choice.

Lingsha is also a great unit to have. This follow-up attack healer is unique in her strategies but she works marvelously along many types of team comps. The 5-star Fire character on the Path of the Abundance is a superb alternative to Luocha or Huohuo and thrives in follow-up team comps. If the leak is true, then Jade, Feixiao, and Lingsha will all rerun for the very first time in Version 3.0, giving players who missed them during their debuts a fresh chance at obtaining them for their team comps in Honkai: Star Rail.

Honkai Star Rail Amphoreus Leaks: Mydei's Ultimate Is Building Up To Be The Most Stylish In The Game So Far, According To Datamined Information

New leaked images for Mydei’s Ultimate in Honkai: Star Rail have emerged, hinting at what may be a stylish and devastating ability in combat.

In the other banner phase, there are mentions of another Robin rerun. Despite having debuted in Version 2.2 and then rerun again in Version 2.5, Robin is rumored to be making yet another comeback – and this isn’t too much of a shock. Robin is, arguably, the best in the game right now for all types of team comps, but she is the only one that is tailored specifically for follow-up teams. Because of her 25% DMG bonus to follow-up attacks, she is a must-have in team comps led by characters like Feixiao, for example.

Players who missed Robin in Honkai: Star Rail both times before may want to consider pulling for her if they have a follow-up team.

While he is arguably weaker than a few other characters like Firefly, Boothill is still a superb DPS unit who specializes in Break DMG and Super Break DMG. For players looking for a boost to Physical DMG in their team comps, Boothill may be the solution. Lastly, the leak states that Silver Wolf will also rerun in Version 3.0. Although there are several Nihility options in the game, Silver Wolf remains a staple in the meta thanks to her ability to inflict new Weaknesses on opponents, which goes along well with various team comps in Honkai: Star Rail.

Leaked Honkai: Star Rail 3.0 Banners May Be Wrong

A Previous Rumor Indicated Drastic Changes To Character Banners

Honkai Star Rail's Shadow of Feixiao charges forward, ready to strike.

Even though the information comes from a fairly reliable source and is tagged as such on the Reddit post, the leaked character banners for Version 3.0 may be entirely wrong. This is because of a previous leak about the patch. There had been a leak mentioning a major update to character banners in Honkai: Star Rail, which would make new units debut in Phase 1 banners and be available through the entirety of the patch, while rerun units would only appear in Phase 2 banners. If this previous leak is true, it contests the leaked banner structure for Version 3.0.

Based on new Honkai: Star Rail 3.0 leaks, there are several similarities between Amphoreus’ main city and another HoYovere game’s region.

This would mean that The Herta and Aglaea would debut in Phase 1 banners, while any rerun characters for Version 3.0 would be made available in Phase 2. If the characters are correct and the only mistake in the leak is the order, this also sparks the question of how HoYoverse will fit six different rerun characters running simultaneously in a single phase, while the other two debuts are also active in their respective banners. This could prompt the usage of something akin to Genshin Impact’s Chronicled Wish, though it would not be subject to the same rules.

Overall, players should still be wary of leaks, as information may be incorrect, incomplete, or simply subject to change. The leaked rerun characters for Version 3.0 are just as exciting as the debuts thanks to how much they already contribute to the gameplay, but there is a chance that not all of them (or none at all) will truly rerun in Version 3.0 thanks to the rumored changes to how character banners will start working in Honkai: Star Rail 3.0.
