The Mydei build in Honkai: Star Rail, players can make a significant impact against enemy forces on the field, though they need a reliable team.

There is still more content to go through during Version 3.1, including events to participate in, but a lot of attention is already shifting toward the next patch thanks to the beta tests that have revealed a lot of information about Version 3.2. This includes details about the gameplay kits of Castorice and Anaxa, both of which are confirmed to be introduced as playable characters in the patch. The leaks have also highlighted the potential banners, the possible end of rerun banners in Honkai: Star Rail, and even buffs to Castorice and Anaxa ahead of their releases in the patch.

Honkai: Star Rail 3.2 Livestream - Date & Time

The Special Event Should Follow The Game’s Regular Schedule

While the developer has yet to make an official reveal about when the next livestream will occur, it is possible to predict its date and time based on the game’s usual behavior and when these types of events usually occur. Because patches are added every six weeks, Version 3.2 is expected to arrive on April 9. Livestreams tend to occur two weeks before, on Friday mornings, which means that it is very likely that the Honkai: Star Rail 3.2 livestream will occur on March 28, at some point in the morning – the last livestream happened at 7:30 am ET.

The livestream will likely be held on the official Honkai: Star Rail channel on YouTube, as they normally are.

HoYoverse should issue an official statement on social media, announcing the official livestream and its respective date and time a few days before the actual event. If there are any delays to the patch’s contents, it’s likely that the livestream will be postponed, even if not officially announced by the developer. For now, however, all signs point toward a steady release on April 9, preceded by the Version 3.2 livestream on March 28 as a means to present all the new content for the patch, including Castorice and Anaxa in Honkai: Star Rail 3.2.

What To Expect From Honkai: Star Rail 3.2 Livestream - New Characters & Leaked Banners

Rumors Indicate Four Reruns In The Patch

As was previously mentioned, Castorice and Anaxa are the new characters for the patch. Castorice is confirmed to be a 5-star Quantum character on the Path of the Remembrance, while Anaxa is a 5-star Wind unit following the Path of the Erudition. So far, HoYoverse hasn’t detailed their kits and will only likely do so during the Version 3.2 livestream. However, the leaks have already dug into the core of these characters. The leaks about Castorice’s kit in Honkai: Star Rail, for instance, say that she is expected to be a main DPS in team comps with incredible damage potential.

Honkai: Star Rail 3.2 Leaks: Castorice Is Set To Have The Most Broken Ability Ever (& It's A Huge Problem For Future Characters)

There have been new leaks about Castorice’s abilities in Honkai: Star Rail 3.2 and of them seems to hint at what is likely the most broken skill yet.

However, this is said to come at the cost of a menacing HP drain mechanic against all her allies, rumored to sur Jingliu’s HP drain. As a Remembrance character, Castorice will summon a memosprite into battle, rumored to be a dragon called Netherwing. According to the leak, Netherwing should be responsible for the majority of Castorice’s damage output rather than the character herself, so this may establish a new archetype for Remembrance units. The leaks about Castorice’s memosprite in Honkai: Star Rail say Netherwing has a large Max HP sum, which may seem broken at an initial glance.

The leaks also say that Castorice may have a broken ability capable of reviving allies that fall, once per battle, even if she is not on the team.

Anaxa, alternatively, is rumored to be capable of inflicting new Weaknesses on enemies, somewhat similar to how Silver Wolf does it. However, as an Erudition character, it’s expected that they will be able to do it in a more widespread manner. Based on the leaks about Anaxa’s kit in Honkai: Star Rail, they should be able to inflict new Weaknesses on enemies through most of their attacks, though their Ultimate may inflict all seven Weaknesses on all enemies at once. Furthermore, the leaks say that Anaxa’s damage increases based on the number of Weaknesses of a target enemy.

In addition to the new characters, the leaks also talk about the structure of the character banners in Version 3.2. According to the rumors, the Phase 1 banners will see Castorice’s release accompanied by a triple rerun of Fugue, Acheron, and Jiaoqiu, while Phase 2 banners will feature Anaxa’s debut alongside a Dr. Ratio rerun. In Phase 1, Pela, Lynx, and Gallagher are expected to have increased pull rates, while Dan Heng, Serval, and Moze are the featured 4-stars in Phase 2 banners.

There have also been rumors about the end of certain rerun banners, as a new character system may be put into place with Honkai: Star Rail 3.2. According to the leaks, some characters may be excluded from reruns entirely and, instead, added to a new customizable loot pool from which players may obtain them when they lose their 50/50 pulls. Taking the possibility of Seele being among these characters, players may choose Seele as part of their 50/50 loss pool and, upon losing their 50/50, they may obtain Seele or any of the other characters selected by them.

When it comes to new content, players can expect more main campaign quests that develop the Amphoreus story arc. The exact nature of the quests and what will be explored is still unknown, but teasers of the story’s events should appear during the Version 3.2 livestream. It is quite possible that, related to the story quests, a new map will be introduced, though the leaks about missions and any new areas to explore in Honkai: Star Rail 3.2 have been very scarce and poorly detailed when compared to the information surrounding characters.

Honkai: Star Rail 3.2 Leaks Show New Free Light Cone That Might Make You Pull For Anaxa

Players may get a free new Light Cone in Honkai: Star Rail 3.2, but the gift may be a way of masking a more brutal problem affecting the game.

On the other hand, events have been leaked more abundantly. There have been rumors about a new F2P (free-to-play) 4-star Erudition Light Cone, which may fit Anaxa’s kit perfectly, which entails a limited-time event to obtain it. Additionally, Version 3.2 should coincide with the turn-based RPG’s second anniversary and there are reports about a surplus of rewards, which may very well be a means of celebrating the game’s third year of content. The rumored extra free pulls in Honkai: Star Rail 3.2 could significantly help players trying to obtain Castorice and Anaxa.

There are also rumors about the return of the 300% variants of Realm Of The Strange and Planar Fissure, which offer triple Relic and Ornament drops, respectively.

There may also be new changes to Basic Attacks’ maximum levels, taking it from 6 to 10 moving forward. If the leaks prove to be true, most of the details should be confirmed during the Version 3.2 livestream. Luckily, players don’t have to wait much longer to uncover the truth and know what they can expect once Honkai: Star Rail 3.2 is released.
