According to the leak, Memory’s Curtain Never Falls increases the ’s SPD by 6% and after they use their Skill, it increases the DMG dealt by all allies by 8% for three turns. the DMG buff that it provides is somewhat dispensable since other allies should be helping Aglaea, but you could benefit from the SPD boost. Additionally, because this is rumored to be a F2P weapon obtainable from Herta’s store in Honkai: Star Rail 3.1, you could easily get it to S5, which increases the SPD buff to 12% and the DMG buff to 16%.

Overall, Aglaea can have a free 78% CRIT DMG bonus at all times on the field, requiring less investment when building her via stats and sub-stats.

When farming these for Aglaea, your focus should be increasing her SPD above one of the thresholds. This means 135 SPD minimum. The one point over the threshold would allow her to act before the unit that advances her action (provided the has exactly 134 SPD, for example, thus allowing her to strike twice in a row. The other stats to increase are CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG, as well as ATK and Lightning DMG.
