A new leak about an Amphoreus character in Amphoreus characters in Honkai: Star Rail. Aglaea was the first of them to become a playable character.

The majority of the Amphoreus characters have been teased by HoYoverse, though only a portion of them have been introduced in-game as NPCs. This includes characters like Aglaea, Phainon, Tribbie, Mydei, and Castorice, all of which have been presented as allied Chrysos Heirs. However, the game has yet to introduce a large portion of the previously teased characters, which include Hyacine, Cipher, and Anaxa in Honkai: Star Rail. These characters are expected to be gradually introduced as the storyline in Amphoreus progresses further. Now, it seems like one of these character’s designs has leaked, and they may be surprising.

Hysilens’ Design In Honkai: Star Rail Has Leaked

The Amphoreus Character Was Previously Teased Through An Enigmatic Picture

Honkai Star Rail's Hysilens reaches up toward the sky.

One of the Amphoreus characters that has been teased and that has yet to make an in-game appearance is Hysilens. The Chrysos Heir has been partially shown in the first teaser trailer, but it has been difficult to fully understand how they will look. Now, a new leak has emerged, highlighting a sketch of what Hysilens’ possible design will look like. According to a leak that was shared in a post flagged as “Questionable” on Reddit, Hysilens’ design is that of a female figure who wears an elaborate purple or dark blue dress with black sleeves in Honkai: Star Rail.

A new quality-of-life update has been leaked for Honkai: Star Rail 3.1 that could help restore some items that players have accidentally lost.

Furthermore, the illustration by Seele Leaks shows that Hysilens’ leaked design features grey stockings and dark boots. Additionally, the character seemingly wears a red glove on her right hand and a black glove on her left hand. The leaked illustration shows Hysilens wearing a pink necklace, too. Aside from her garments, Hysilens is portrayed as a figure with long purple hair, somewhat matching her dress, and a large adornment on her head. There also seems to be an adornment attached to her waist in Honkai: Star Rail, though it is impossible to decipher what the piece is at the moment.

Hysilens’ Leaked Design In Honkai: Star Rail Seems Similar To Seele In Honkai Impact 3rd

Welt Could Be Surprised With A Reminder Of His Past

What grabs attention from Hysilens’ leaked design is how similar she may be to Seele Vollerei from Honkai Impact 3rd. Despite having longer hair than the character, Hysilens shares the same color palette as Seele and the same type of dress style she often wears in the action RPG. H ysilenseven looks similar to Seele from Star Rail, who is the turn-based RPG’s counterpart of Seele Vollerei. In contrast, Hysilens’ rumored long hair also makes her look like Raiden Mei from Honkai Impact 3rd, which has already been a topic of discussion between Welt and Acheron in Honkai: Star Rail.

Honkai Star Rail 3.1 Leaks: Should You Pull For Mydei If You Already Have Blade?

Leaks about Mydei’s possible gameplay kit in Honkai: Star Rail have prompted immediate comparisons to Blade, another Destruction character.

When Welt first saw Acheron, he believed that she was Raiden Mei, whom he had met during Honkai Impact 3rd. This is because of how similar they look and, possibly, the fact that both Raiden and Acheron use katanas in combat. This wasn’t the first time Welt was haunted by his past. Before the encounter with Acheron, Welt met Luocha, a character who deeply resembled Otto Apocalypse. This turned out not to be true, but Welt has been encountering figures that resemble those from his past, and Hysilens’ leaked design in Honkai: Star Rail may be another of these characters.

This aesthetic blend present in Hysilens’ design could have Welt, once again, flabbergasted by a new acquaintance who looks like a figure he would know from his past, as Seele Vollerei is a friend to Bronya, or Raiden Mei again. Of course, despite how similar she allegedly looks to these characters, there is a chance that players will not have to deal with Welt’s staggering shock. Welt did not descend to Jarilo-VI, which impeded him from meeting Seele and, in turn, being stunned by her similarities with Seele Vollerei. Likewise, Welt did not go to Amphoreus in Honkai: Star Rail.

Welt May Never Meet Hysilens In Honkai: Star Rail

The Imaginary Character May Not Descend To Amphoreus

Honkai: Star Rail sub-region of larger 3.0 Amphoreus region

For the expedition on Amphoreus, the Astral Express nominated the protagonist and Dan Heng as the representative Trailblazers. Welt remained with the other Nameless aboard the Astral Express and, so far, there have been no indications that he will descend to Amphoreus. This could impede Welt from ever meeting Hysilens and, in turn, from being stunned by how similar she is to one or another figure from his past. However, as was announced by HoYoverse, the story arc in Amphoreus is expected to go from Version 3.0 through Honkai: Star Rail 3.7, so a lot could happen in the campaign.

Honkai Star Rail 3.1 Leaks: Free 4-Star Character Is A Huge Disappointment

Honkai: Star Rail 3.1 may offer players a free 4-star character in an event, but the leaked selection of units is quite a disappointment.

This includes Dan Heng and the Trailblazer being ed by their other allies from the Astral Express on Amphoreus. Even though the turn-based RPG has acknowledged the existence of the larger Honkai universe, Welt is the only overlapping character from both universes. Even Himeko, who deeply resembles Murata Himeko, is not the character Welt met in the past. There has been some distance between both titles, as evidenced by Acheron’s real name in Honkai: Star Rail, but that barrier may soon start crumbling. This is because the games’ universes are starting to get crossovers.

Both Sampo and Sparkle have appeared in Honkai Impact 3rd, establishing a new and direct connection between the titles.

It’s uncertain how the game’s story will develop, but it’s no surprise that HoYoverse is making references to Honkai Impact 3rd, as it has been doing since Star Rail’s release – arguably recycling some character designs, too. Hysilens may be introduced as yet another character who looks like someone from Honkai Impact 3rd, but there’s also a chance that she may be the character who confirms she is a figure from Welt’s past; though this is much less probable considering she is a Chrysos Heirs and Amphoreus populace is unaware of the existence of other worlds in Honkai: Star Rail.
