For Division 2 players who come from Division 1, seeing Hornet might be quite the surprise because he was also a boss in the Russian Consulate mission. He was part of the first wave of Division agents who turned and ed up with Keener, and now he's one of his most trusted Lieutenants. In Division 1, Keener saved Hornet after being wounded by Division agents that strengthened Hornet's loyalty. In Division 2, this is chance agents have been waiting for to put him down for good.

Division 2 Luna

To get to Hornet, all four of his Lieutenants have to bite the dust. The four to kill are Termite, Luna, Huntsman, and Titan. There is no specific kill order for the Lieutenants. For the Lieutenants to show themselves, all of the investigations have to be completed first for the respective Lieutenant. Each set of investigations require doing a set number of Control Points, Bounties, and missions to complete before they unleash themselves upon the world. Upon finishing each of them off, go to the Bounty menu, and each of the Lieutenant will be available as a Bounty. Killing each one gives 25% intel that goes to unlock Hornet located at Tidal Basin. Agents won't have to select it from the Bounty menu because it will be available as a main mission instead.

Killing Hornet himself isn't very difficult, but his mission area is a challenge because it will have pockets full of the Eclipse Virus. The Eclipse Virus is Keener's attempt at taking the original virus outbreak and making a newer version of it. Agents will be able to recognize it by the red outlines and gas contained in them. Stepping into the red areas will attack the player's health and drop it quickly. After going through the majority of the level, there will come a time when players will find a Warhound, but this Warhound is a friendly character to the Division team. After finding the Warhound, the task of the agents is to open doors to let the Warhound into the subsequent areas. The reason for this is that the hound has an anti-viral heal that creates an immunity to the Eclipse Virus temporarily letting players continue past the virus gas clouds. After going through the areas, head up the rope to the final location in Tidal Basin where Wyvern was previously. Here is where Hornet waits with a supply of the Eclipse Virus as a gas-type grenade. He will also attempt to use a Blinder Firefly, a Stinger Hive, and a gas grenade version of the Eclipse Virus. Stay out of the gas grenades and skills, and the fight against him should be no problem. Don't forget to pick up the Healer Trap along the way as he doesn't drop it when he dies.
