In a new preview for She-Hulk #9, a villain trying to recreate She-Hulk's form lists several reasons why Walters is the perfect Hulk, as the hero has control like few other Gamma-infected characters - as they hope to replicate her extraordinary powers.
In a new preview for She-Hulk #9 by Rainbow Rowell, Takeshi Miyazawa, Rico Renzi, Jen Bartel, and VC's Joe Caramagna, scientists April and Mark Booth capture Jennifer Walters after failing to replicate Hulk powers and are trying to use her DNA to fix their monstrous transformations. After previously itting She-Hulk is the best version of the Jade Giant, April elaborates on the reasoning, telling Walters she has the "perfect amount" of Gamma, as she gets to stay beautiful, intelligent, and largely in control of her actions.
She-Hulk is one of the Hulks with the most control of her powers and anger, as most heroes who transform into Gamma monsters are unable to put a leash on their rage. What makes Hulk the Hulk is his untethered anger, which gives him strength at a near-immeasurable level - but at the cost of not always being in control of his actions. However, unlike Bruce Banner, Jennifer Walters can live her life as usual and contain her anger (for the most part) despite transforming into the Jade Giantess, continuing to work as a lawyer, and maintaining a love life, all while in her Gamma form. Among Hulks, she is in an envious position, making her a target as the "perfect" Hulk.
Jennifer Walter's She-Hulk might be the perfect Hulk in the Marvel Universe, but the scientists trying to use her blood to take her form will almost definitely see their plan backfire, as their previous transformations and physiology likely won't cause them to become the same kind of Hulk as the hero. Readers are about to discover whether She-Hulk's blood can transform someone else into the "perfect" version of the Hulk - just like her. Considering being infected as a Hulk is one of the most unpredictable transformations there is, it seems highly unlikely the scientists trying to use She-Hulk's blood will get their desired effect if their experiments are successful.
