Hulu's Love, Simon film as he struggles to understand his sexual orientation and navigate everyday life.
Love, Victor also became the second most-binged original series on Hulu. Given this, it's safe to assume that most fans have seen the show several times now and are ready to find something new to watch.
Updated June 16th, 2022, by Kevin Pantoja: The third and final season of Love, Victor has officially premiered and it's now more readily available than ever. Along with it being able to stream on Hulu, you can now find the entire series on Disney+. The easily bingeable series is one that you'll likely finish quickly and then you'll be left wanting more. Thankfully, there are plenty of series like Love, Victor that you can check out on other streaming services.
Ginny & Georgia (2021-Present)

One of the biggest and most interesting aspects of Love, Victor is that there are LGBTQ+ relationships at the forefront. Most shows that are in the same vein tend to include those kinds of romances, which is the case in Netflix's Ginny & Georgia.
The story centers on a mother/daughter combo where the daughter is actually the more mature member of the family. They struggle to adjust to their new life after moving to a new city. Ginny's new best friend Max is a lesbian and her budding romance with Sophie is a highlight of the show.
Euphoria (2019-Present)

There aren't many shows currently on TV that trend the way that Euphoria does. In a lot of ways, the series is like a much darker and more mature version of Degrassi: The Next Generation as the teens involved deal with serious topics like their sexuality, drugs, abuse, violence, and more.
Although the tone in Euphoria is certainly not in line with Love, Victor, the complex and likable teen characters are well-written in both. Again, LGTBQ+ characters play a big role including the relationship between Rue and Jules, Nate, Cal, and possibly even Lexi, among others.
Teenage Bounty Hunters (2020)

Although it only lasted a single season on Netflix, those who watched pair of twins named Sterling and Blair, respectively, who fall into working as bounty hunters, the show was all about their bond.
When Sterling falls in love with another girl, Blair ultimately s her as a great sister would, which is right in line with how Pilar has Victor's back when he comes out to his family. Once again, it's a case where the bonds forged by these young characters is what makes it tick.
Genera+ion (2021)

It's fantastic to know that Love, Victor made it to three seasons because far too often are TV shows about LGBTQ+ characters canceled too soon. One series that falls into that category is HBO's Genera+ion, which only lasted a single season.
The show is pretty similar to Euphoria in how it deals with teenagers exploring romance, sexuality, problems at home, and more, though it's a bit more lighthearted than that. That kind of makes it ideal for fans of Love, Victor.
Heartstopper (2022-Present)

The most recent LGBTQ+ show to get the world talking is Heartstopper. Based on a graphic novel of the same name, the romantic comedy series centers on a teen named Charlie who falls in love with his classmate Nick as their unlikely friendship becomes something more.
The show was met with widespread acclaim for the performances, writing, music, representation of the LGBTQ+ community, and basically every other aspect. Netflix quickly picked it up for another season and fans can't wait to see more.
Never Have I Ever (2020-Present)

Netflix's coming-of-age dramedy series first-generation Indian-American high school student, who is still dealing with the unexpected and traumatic death of her father while trying to reinvent herself and make herself more popular in high school.
Never Have I Ever is a great show to watch after Love, Victor because it's tonally the same. Both series take place in high school and follow teenagers who are dealing with major issues beyond the scope of adolescence. In addition, they both feature love triangles and deal with the complexities of teenage sexuality.
Schitt's Creek (2015-2020)

Pop TV's sitcom Schitt's Creek follows the wealthy Rose family who finds themselves completely broke thanks to their business manager. The only asset the family is able to retain is a rundown town, Schitt's Creek, the father bought as a joke. With nowhere else to go, the family moves into the motel and must adjust to their new lives.
While Schitt's Creek doesn't focus on the lives of teenagers like Love, Victor does it does share similar themes. The sitcom deals with complicated family relationships and also consciously tells authentic stories that the LGBTQ+ community can relate to.
Party Of Five (2020)

The popular Party of Five drama series was rebooted and modernized in order to premiere on Freeform. The series follows the Acosta children who must figure out how to raise themselves after their parents get deported to Mexico.
While the original Party of Five might not have had a lot in common with Love, Victor, the reboot certainly does. Both series focus on Latinx families and they both also feature LGBTQ+ characters who are struggling to accept themselves because of the conservative way they have been brought up.
One Day At A Time (2017-2020)

Another show to be rebooted for new generations is the Sony Television Pictures family sitcom One Day at a Time. This multi-cam comedy centers around the Cuban-American Alvarez family as they navigate everyday life.
Much like Love, Victor, One Day at a Time focuses on the Latinx experience in the United States. It also features a coming-out storyline but unlike Victor's story, Elena is met with acceptance from her family despite their traditional upbringing.
Everything Sucks! (2018)

While Netflix's phenomenal television shows to only get one season, it's still worth a watch. The dramedy series is set in the 1990s and tells the story of a group of outcast high schoolers who belong to their school's AV and drama clubs.
Everything Sucks! is definitely similar to Love, Victor because of the show's ability to center the narrative through the teenager's point-of-view. In addition, the series focuses on teenagers coming to with their sexualities while trying to survive high school in the '90s.
