Omni-Man, from Robert Kirkman's Justice League - and kill them all. But is Omni-Man strong enough to take on the real Justice League? Surely even Omni-Man, powerful as he is, couldn't possibly stand up to the might of the seven heroes of the DC universe... or could he?
There is only one Omni-Man, but there are many different versions of the Justice League. The New 52 and Rebirth teams added Cyborg to the ranks; the team from the well-known Justice League animated series added Hawkgirl; still others had dozens of new . But for the purposes of this comparison, and for simplicity's sake, it makes the most sense to focus on the original of the League: Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern, Aquaman, and Martian Manhunter. Against these heroes, Omni-Man will be put to the test.
Even the idea of fighting Omni-Man is terrifying. A Viltrumite from the planet Viltrum, Omni-Man (real name Nolan Grayson) possesses immense physical strength and speed. He's fast enough to fly not only across the country, but across the solar system, in hours. He's strong enough to topple buildings with a single punch. Perhaps Omni-Man's greatest superpower is his sheer durability: he's impervious to most weapons, can withstand the most extreme heat and cold, has showcased accelerated healing on the rare occasions when he does get hurt, and has the stamina to fight for days, weeks, and possibly longer without a break. The only person capable of killing him was Thragg, another Viltrumite - and even then, only after a long and arduous battle. Almost every enemy Omni-Man meets dies in seconds. But he's never met the Justice League.
Omni-Man can potentially defeat some one-on-one. Green Lantern's constructs can be destroyed, and Omni-Man can outspeed Wonder Woman, Aquaman, and Martian Manhunter easily enough. But the remaining would be a problem. The Flash, who can run faster than light and even time, can stop Omni-Man in his tracks. Superman is as strong, if not stronger, having displayed the ability to change the orbits of entire planets. Batman, while completely without powers, could be the first to discern Omni-Man's sole weakness: his species' complex and delicate inner ear, useful for flying but a crippling weak point if exploited correctly. Facing the seven of the Justice League together? Omni-Man has very little chance of winning this fight.
It's important to note that Omni-Man actually took the Guardians of the Globe by surprise when he first killed the group, but also that, in an alternate timeline, they were able to defeat him once they were warned he was coming. But even with a surprise attack, Omni-Man faces a crushing defeat at the hands of the League. Viltrumites sent Omni-Man to Earth alone, putting faith in their own innate superiority above other species. However, the Justice League is a team, made up of many different people from many worlds. Set aside their individual abilities in battle - when working together as the mightiest team in the DC universe, the Justice League proves Omni-Man's social Darwinist views completely wrong.
