Warning: contains spoilers for Captain Carter #4!
Marvel's Tony Stark no longer modifies his armored suits, but his entire body.
Cyborg was always a fairly popular character, but his awareness only increased with the 2003 Teen Titans animated series. Ever since, Cyborg has fought alongside the best of DC's best, teaming up with multiple classic heroes (Cyborg was created in 1980) before finally becoming a core member of the Justice League in 2011 as part of DC's company-wide New 52 reboot. He even starred in 2021's Zach Snyder's Justice League, played by actor Ray Fisher who created a whole new generation of new Cyborg fans.
Marvel, perhaps taking notice of Cyborg's success, has decided to reinvent their Armored Avenger in Captain Carter #4, written by Jamie McKelvie with art by Marika Cresta. In the new series, Peggy Carter is roused from her stint frozen in ice and awakes to an unfamiliar England - with shifting loyalties. After an assassination plot is foiled by her allies (and the Prime Minster is seemingly implicated), Captain Carter allies with the Tony Stark of this universe - who has apparently replaced most of his body with cybernetics.
"Most of my body is synthetic," says Tony Stark after a battle "but my brain and my spine...they're the originals." This closely mirrors Cyborg's body, which has few yet incredibly vital organic components that must be kept safe in battle. Worth noting is the fact that this is Howard Stark's grandson, not his son; this means Tony's father must have advanced technology significantly more than his 616 counterpart. This Stark has jet-boots installed in his shoes and repulsor beams hidden inside his hands; his body is also quite durable, owing to the fact that much of his fragile human skin has been replaced as well.
The major difference between Cyborg and this Iron Man is his appearance; Cyborg always has a metallic, bulky look to him, owing to the fact that his body is a creation of his father using experimental technology (and a Mother Box in the Justice League film). Tony Stark is quite vain, even in this universe, and only a few seams on his skin betray the synthetic nature of his body. Victor Stone's Cyborg body is a result of placing function over form, but for this alternate-universe variant of Iron Man, the opposite is true.
