After expending his fortune to stop the world's deadliest weapons from falling into the wrong hands, Tony saw a series of 'accidents' rob him of his emergency funds and destroy his reputation. Now, his company and inventions are the property of Feilong, who is working with the mutant-hating group Orchis to launch an unprecedented attack on the X-Men. To fight back, Iron Man has his new Mark Nil suit, a random assortment of doomsday weapons, and the help of X-Men's Emma Frost, who is seemingly about to crown Tony Stark the new Black King of the Hellfire Club.
