Netflix dropped the full-length trailer for a villain who takes credit for the cases The Irregulars solve.

Now, Netflix unveiled the official trailer for The Irregulars. The video reinforces Watson and Holmes's stance as people taking advantage of the young heroes while putting the show's lurking supernatural elements front and center. The trailer's key focus is Darci Shaw's Jessie, a girl who possesses the ability to 'see things normal people cannot.' Jessie and her elder sister Bea (Thaddea Graham) band together with the rest of The Irregulars - Billy (Jojo Macari), Spike (McKell David), and Leo (Harrison Osterfield) - to defeat larger than life forces. They must also close the Rip, a mysterious inter-dimensional barrier, which would otherwise doom all life on Earth.

The trailer makes it clear why Netflix was so confident about the show's success that it renewed it for a second season even ahead of its launch. The show's supernatural tone and gory horror elements are fairly gripping, and its gallery of British actors gives impressive, compelling performances. Additionally, the concept of Holmes being an alcoholic delinquent seems ripe for some interesting stories. The Irregulars is seemingly headed in the right direction, and there isn't much that can stop the show from transforming into the next YA sensation once it premieres on March 26.
