After the success of the first game, Respawn Entertainment's Star Wars characters in the galaxy? It's a bit of a balancing act, since Respawn will need to grow the characters introduced in the first game while still integrating fan-favorites into the story.

Because of the timeline placement of the first game and the assumed placing of its sequel, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order 2 could have a number of villains and side characters introduced in Solo: A Star Wars Story. Dryden Vos, the sadistic figurehead of the Crimson Dawn, would make an interesting villain since he's associated with a crime syndicate and not the actual Empire. If the Crimson Dawn plays a part in the plot, this would naturally bring in Darth Maul, who's the true leader of the organization. Darth Maul was only a tangential character in Jedi: Fallen Order, however the popular Sith Lord could possibly appear in the sequel.

Solo isn't the only Star Wars property that runs alongside Jedi: Fallen Order. Both the stories of the Rebels television series and the standalone movie Rogue One could run parallel to Jedi: Fallen Order 2, especially if the game is set a few years later. If protagonist Cal Kestis and friends find their way to the blossoming Rebel Alliance, this would naturally introduce characters from Rebels and Rogue One into the games. With a show coming soon on Disney+, Cassian Andor and K-2SO make logical characters to appear, since it would serve as good cross-promotion for the company.

What Ahsoka Tano Could Do In Jedi: Fallen Order 2

Ahsoka Tano could also make an appearance. Since Ahsoka is another Jedi-in-hiding who works alongside the Rebel Alliance later on, this would make perfect sense. She's a fan-favorite character who often serves to unite multiple Star Wars properties. Rosario Dawson has already been cast to appear as Ahsoka in The Mandalorian on Disney+, and the animated version of the character is being rumored to appear in the Clone Wars spin-0ff, The Batch Bad. Having Ahsoka appear in Jedi: Fallen Order 2 almost seems too obvious, but her story could parallel perfectly alongside Cal's.

As more of Jedi: Fallen Order 2 is revealed by Respawn Entertainment, fans will likely hear more about which new characters are being brought into the game. However, it's likely Respawn will want to keep some of the bigger reveals as surprises, so fans may have to wait until they play the game themselves to see everyone who makes an appearance.
