Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order introduced the world to BD-1, a spry little fellah that resides on the shoulder of Cal Kestis and aids him in his journey across the Galaxy. Equipped with an assortment of gadgets and abilities, BD-1 is arguably the true hero of this story. Our little friend certainly comes in handy when it comes to unlocking different cosmetic pieces throughout the game.
Between Ponchos, Lightsaber parts, and Mantis skins, Jedi: Fallen Order has quite the selection when it comes to player customization. As mentioned, where would Cal be without BD-1? Not very far (depending on who you ask). So what better way to reward his droid friend than by equipping him with one of seventeen different skins? This guide will walk players through every BD-1 Skin location in Jedi: Fallen Order.
BD-1 Skin Locations in Jedi: Fallen Order
Begano Skins in Jedi: Fallen Order
Z'Gage Wave - In the Great Divide, take the elevator down and run along the wall dead ahead. Force Push down the bridge and the crate will be on the other side.
Zeffo Skins in Jedi: Fallen Order
Blue Leader - As soon as players get off the Mantis, they'll want to head left into a small hanger. A crate will await them with the skin.
Swoop - At the crash site, head around the main center island and go behind it. BD-1 will have to open this chest... it is also guarded by Phillaks (Mountain goats in space on steroids)
Bestine - Located deep in the Ice Caves, players will have to rely on skilled wall running and air vents to find it. Not to mention it's also guarded by a pair of Heavy Stormtroopers.
Balmgrass - Players can find this skin when trying to solve the ball puzzle in the Tomb of Eilram. At the lowest socket, force push the ball off as to let the lift come down. Ride the lift all the way up to find a short hallway with a chest at the end.
Sumi - This skin is located in the Tomb of Miktrull, and will require a bit more patience (and accuracy) than the others. While standing on the bridge, force pull a lantern into Cal's grasp. Head back down the hallway, turn right, and drop the Lantern. Jump across the gap and pull the lantern back. Down and to the right will be some burnable vines blocking the chest. It may take a few tries, but players must throw the lantern at the vines to burn them away and find the skin.
Grungio - In the Crash Site, look for the 'opening' to the center island. It looks like a gap in the circle. Dive underwater to find the chest.
Cantonica - Once players reach the end of the Venator Wreckage there will be a locked chest. BD-1 can open it to find the skin.
Kashyyyk Skins in Jedi: Fallen Order
Sundari Dawn - Where the Mantis lands is a ramp heading down from the Cargo Pad. Turn right to find a splice-able chest.
Stygeon Prime - In the Imperial Refinery, in the giant saw room, there will be a climbable ledge. Head up and lightsaber some wires away to find the chest.
Dathomir Skins in Jedi: Fallen Order
Day of the Dianoga - Start at the Witches Horn meditation circle. Climb the rock wall and head through the doorway. There will be a chest nestled away in a room after players make their way up a flight of stairs.
Yavin Prime - In the Upper Strangled Cliffs, after fending off some Bane Back Spiders, Cal can climb up a set of vines. At the top will be another spider roasting marshmallows. Players should be able to see the Mantis from this vantage point. The Chest will be off on its own platform to the right.
Myrmidon - Enter into the Nightmare Ruins and immediately turn right. Head down a narrow rock pathway and get ready to wall run. Also, prepare for a mini-boss battle against the Alpha Nydak. Once defeated, glide down the slide and wall run to the chest ahead.
Ilum Skins in Jedi: Fallen Order
Tibanna - After solving the crystals puzzle, Cal will find himself in an underwater room. Dive down to find the chest by a pillar.
BD-1, now with a fully functioning wardrobe, is ready to aid Cal all over again as he embarks on New Journey +. Players can rest assured that all their cosmetic finds will transfer over. completing the challenge missions accessible at any meditation circle.
