To date, the only major part of the Kinnikuman franchise to be released in the West has been Ultimate Muscle, and while the anime was popular enough in the West to have new episodes commissioned after its cancellation in Japan, not much else came out of that, unfortunately. Kinnikuman doesn’t have much of a presence outside of Japan, so unfortunately, the new Kinnikuman anime might not be licensed outside of Japan.

That being said, it’s too soon to make a definitive statement about anything regarding its release. Kinnikuman’s notably small fanbase in the West doesn’t necessarily work against it when it’s such a big hit in Japan, and with new episodes streaming on Netflix a day after they air on TV, it would be easy enough for Kinnikuman: Perfect Origin Arc to stream on Netflix outside of Japan. The new Kinnikuman anime could easily be one of the biggest hits of 2024, so with any luck, there will be news about its English release sooner, rather than later.
